I was with Isla (apprentice) and booked in for a colour which came with a complementary cut and blow dry. Isla had just started colouring my hair when I got my colour on which meant I had to complete my appointment in the salon with no lights and they were hoping that the power was back on by the time I was ready for a blow dry (it wasn’t). I left with wet hair and although I have been offered to come back in to the Esher salon for a free blow dry this does not work for me as it would cost me £12 to come back via the train.
Yes I did get the colour as it needed but I left feeling incomplete.
Also the cost quoted was £47 when booking and I came out with a £79 fee with no explanation of what this included. So extremely unsatisfied and I’ll unlikely be back.
Isla herself was fab! It was the experience as a whole and how the others reacted to the power cut which has made me feel uncomfortable (shouting down the phone to the building manager and left in the dark about everything - even one of the hair dryers started smoking which is a hazard in itself).

I had my first appt today and had a lovely stylist who made me feel at ease and was really friendly. She took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted and gave me an amazing treatment on my hair, with a great scalp massage and blow dry. I’ve rebooked for a full head of hilites next week and bought 3 Keratase hair products as hair felt so lovely. All staff were extremely friendly, chatty and it felt a lovely atmosphere in salon. I’m looking forward to my appointment next week !

Sarah was fantastic with the kids today, they were both made to feel really special, they loved getting their hair washed and the glass of apple juice. Sarah was great at cutting their hair as they were so chatty and moving lots! They both had their hair braided which they were over the moon about. 2 very happy customers
