John is a genius! I've struggled for so many years with my hair and can't believe I've finally found someone who understands me. As a regular client I enjoy the relaxing experience of having my hair done at The Academy in Cobham. Totally professional, great hair wash and massage today with beautiful Caviar products to moisturise and nourish my hair and although my regular stylist Lisa could not do my hair today, Kelly made me feel totally Fabulous. This was my first hair cut at Academy. Hannah was great. She engaged and listened to what I was asking for and advised me on what she thought and why. As she worked on my cut she discussed what she was doing throughout, checking that I was happy as she worked. I was really pleased with my end result as it was a lot of hair that came off today. I’m still in two minds if it was enough, but Hannah recommended I live with it for a week to ensure I make the right decision. I was so pleased she cut my hair, she is a great stylist and I would throughly recommend her to any of my girl friends. Thank you Academy!

This is only the second time I’ve had gel nails and Danielle had to remove the last one which wasn’t easy. Additionally I had split one of my nails quite low down which Danielle repaired for me. I have the nicest looking finger nails and toe nails that I have ever had. I hope Danielle gets the tip I left for her.

We had a great mother and daughter session with Talia, who is lovely and professional.
