Danielle was really nice! This was my first time having a facial and I felt very comfortable and at ease. She asked about my skin history and told me what type of products she would use for my skin type. She was able to answer all my questions. I got samples and she told me how to use them. My skin was a little more red than I expected but that's ok cause I know it'll heal up.

Had a good haircut by Amy (not listed) but to charge £55 is not value for money. I can go to Clay in Oxshott for £45, Tunbridge Wells for £18 or Leatherhead for £14. I am now retired & regret to say that unless your rates are reduced for a mens wash & cut then you won't see me again. That's the reality.

My daughter and Husband both come to this salon. Natalie has been cutting my daughters hair for years and we truly get the best experience every time. Everyone is friendly and professionalism. Mrs Unwin is 95 and was so excited when she won a manicure at a recent local charity event. Charlotte couldn’t have been kinder - bringing all her equipment downstairs as her client has mobility problems. Nathalie was exceptionally helpful and even said to wait 6 weeks for a haircut as the hair on top of my head needed to grow before she could style it. And she didn’t charge to shorten the bottom half an inch (without a hair wash etc) so as to avoid a mullet look. I tipped her and bought some Kerastase shampoo and conditioner as a thank you and also as I need a change for paul Mitchell.
