You have to leave a £20. Deposit now which they keep because people don't turn up for their appointments.
I understand why but surely you're customers that are loyal and turn up every time for their appointments shouldn't have to pay this £20 ?

Vinnie was lovely, calm and kind. Listened to what my 14 yr old daughter had in mind/ seen on social media and advised her very sensibly according to her actual hair/ what would work best for her. My daughter is thrilled with her new look. I am very happy as it will be manageable for her, she has a style she loves which she can work with. I had my colour visit today with Ruby after getting one of the vouchers with a deal for cut, colour and pamper. I was nervous about my visit because I have never gone for a blonde colour before. Ruby gave honest and good advice and was very friendly and professional and she clearly knew what she was doing.
