Today’s visit was just amazing. Let’s start from the beginning, the care and safety was paramount to this unprecedented times and carried out to a professional yet friendly manner. Sophie had already been thinking of what could work well for my pre decided colour change and was absolutely spot on (she just knows!) to get the perfect result. I just love it Sophie. You are an absolute gem. Thank you ❤️❤️ On another note the other girls there were constantly on the ball in cleaning and clearing away after clients and had the salon looking and most importantly feeling sparkling and hygienically clean at all times.

Had a fantastic time with Ora hair, Hallie was attentive, listened to what I wanted and she delivered. Thank you, so much. This was a special birthday treat for me and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this salon and Hallie?

This is the second time Millie has cut my hair and I have been extremely pleased on each occasion. I particularly like the way she cuts at the back, giving it a great shape & managing to make my fine flyaway hair look voluminous.?
Millie has highlighted my hair once and did a lovely job blending 3 blonde colours.
Without a doubt I would recommend Millie.
This is not the cheapest of salons , but I feel my hair had good shape for far longer than with previous hair stylists.
Will definitely return.

Lucy is lovely and a brilliant hairdresser, I have very thick hair and she cuts and styles it beautifully. She always listens to what I want and delivers every time,

Casey was brilliant at guiding me around my first salon visit for a year! Spent ages with me discussing what look I wanted and checked with me throughout to make sure all was well.

Absolutely amazing service from Ora as usual. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was pretty much business as usual. Only thing missing was the normal gorgeous coffee, cake and sweeties but i can live with that. I thought it might be a bit uncomfortable having to wear a mask throughout the treatments but the salon was beautifully air-conditioned and it was an extremely comfortable experience. As usual fantastic service from Sophie - it’s so great to have a hairdresser that listens to you but also guides you and you then know you can trust with your hair. Cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

Had fantastic service from Lucy tonight. She really knows what I like and don’t like and has a long term vision to help me achieve the look I want. So glad to be back at Ora and to see a local business come back fighting!

It was an excellent service from start to finish! You feel very safe and secure with all the precautions they have taken. After being so long being stuck indoors it was lovely being pampered and getting your hair done. Millie was fabulous she just knew what was needed! Cant wait to go back for my colour!

I was extremely happy with the way sophie coloured my hair. she was so patient with me and listened to what I wanted and then fully explained what colours she would be using. I felt very confident during the appointment. As usual always a very professional experience at Ora Hair.

It was so lovely to be back in familiar surroundings with you lovely ladies. It was my first close interaction with people outside my family and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Everyone, staff and customers alike, adhered to the safety guidelines which instantly put me at ease, and who knew you could make PPE visors look stylish!

I was treated to a slightly different colour by Lucy and new post lockdown locks from Sophie, which I love.

I had to go back to this salon for a restyle after the stylist cut my hair very unevenly. My hair was dried wavy before layers were cut into the front and back. I washed and dried it straight at home and realised that my hair was shorter on one side than the other and longer in the back than the front. The salon booked me in quickly with the same stylist for a restyle and apologised for the mistake. However, I'm still not sure the final cut is great (especially for £56) and it's a lot shorter than I originally intended. The salon has a lovely friendly feel and they obviously care about their customers but I personally wouldn't go back.

Absolutely brilliant hygiene. In one way, one stylist, masks, gloves, shields, gowns, sanitiser......then I was provided same. Was never sat close to anyone, through colour, wash or cut. Fabulous. My jacket was stored in a washable plastic in the closet. All counters completely free and clean.....no clutter, immaculate wiped down surfaces. Led out back door. Very pleased. I didn’t think Ora could get any better. How do you improve on perfection? Hardworking staff, amazing customer care all expertly managed by Lisa. However I have been blown away by the commitment and dedication of the staff following lockdown. They have always been the best around but have gone above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and safe at this difficult time. The quality of hair care , attention to detail and communication with guests is second to none at Ora. I won’t go anywhere else.

As always, even after 3.5 months in lockdown. Mille got my hair looking great. Thanks Millie. During CV19 opening everyone in the salon made me feel safe and the preparations for ‘non-contact’ and hygiene were 100% well done Ora.

I had a wonderful experience at Ora. Millie made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to ask questions and really listen to how I feel about my hair and what I would like. The salon look clean and I felt very spoiler with the sweet treats and selection of teas offered. The whole team created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere which encourages me come back.

My daughter wanted to change her look and although she was a bit scare to cut her long curly hair, she had a wonderful experience. Sophie did an amazing job and my daughter is absolutely over the moon with her new hair

Chloe was wonderful and made my daughter (10yrs old) feel very comfortable, which was awesome, as it was her first salon experience. She listened to what Lilia asked for and had a big job, as my daughter has a LOT of hair!! She was very professional and made Lilia feel special and grown up!! Thank you so much Chloe!!

Lucy was absolutely wonderful from start to finish!! She made me feel completely at ease and really listened to what I love about my hair and how I style it day to day. I walked in with flat lifeless hair and walked out with a funky shag cut that I LOVE!! The Salon in general was very welcoming and accommodating and I was able to book an appointment for myself and my daughter (10yrs) to have our hair cut at the same time, which was a fun experience for us both (as soon as we left, she asked if we could do it again sometime!).

I luckily won a voucher for here in november, I went in with a vague idea of what i wanted and Casey helped on a style, the house wash was amazing, soo relaxing and i love my new hair. Not to mention coffee and a croissant, Thanks guys, found my new salon and stylist. X

I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service and attention to detail. Lovely back massaging chairs! Then even a head and shoulder massage and I only walked in for an impulsive cut and blow dry! I really love the cut and the styling has lasted all day even in the wind! Thank you very much Millie.
