As always just had a very fabulous haircut cut and blow dry. What makes it so special you may wonder? ... When i arrived, i was greeted by a warm friendly smile and it doesn't matter who you see , every one is friendly and most of the girls know my name too ☺
Once I'd got comfortable Lisa came over to discuss my hair and what I wanted done. She listens, makes suggestions and ensures she knows exactly what I'd like. After that you have your hair washed. I love the chairs, being short, having my hair washed has always been a trauma as my feet don't quite touch the ground but not here; the foot rest comes up and you get a little back massage - bliss ☺
Lisa worked her magic with her scissors and then blow dried it. Now it looks modern, funky and fun. I know from experience that the cut will be good enough to allow my hair to dry naturally sometimes and will look good for weeks.

Visited Ora hair today for a Oway Scalp massage treatment by Chailegh- what a wonderful experience. My scalp felt refreshed from the treatment and my hair feels amazing. It was followed by a blow dry from Lucie who did a great job and added some lovely curls to my hair. I left Ora hair feeling amazing. A wonderful salon what more can I say.

I have this done religiously every 6 weeks now and always come out of Ora feeling a new women. The customer care is fab and the organic hair products the way forward. Keep up your great work ladies xx

Worth for what you are paying. Will never have a second thought about this place. I will be there happy and permanent customer.

After being a loyal client to ora hair for many years you can understand my shock when I get told they don't do wet cuts anymore for my short hair that takes seconds to dry
The salon owner is yet to ring me back regarding this
This salon used to be a family friendly salon with a warm welcome from staff you recognised!
This salon is not that anymore!
Now you feel pressured to buy products
And get charged £54 for a wet cut
Which I do not feel is worth the money for a 20 min haircut and rushed shampoo
The atmosphere is no longer there

Shame ora hair can't appreciate their loyal clients
I will not be returning

I returned to ORA as they are great stylists and superb colourists. They ensure that all roots are covered and colour match to perfection. Would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a top stylist to go there.

Ora HAIR offer great stylists who really make you welcome. Cettina cut my hair beautifully today and gave me great tips on care at home. Can't recommend this hairdressers highly enough, they deliver great results.

It was a lovely experience. The staff were warm and friendly. Someone took my coat and offered me a drink, which they made straight away. I love my hair. The only thing I would say is that the hair wash wasn't such a good experience. I felt like my head was in a washing machine and then for the massage a vice. She is a trainee and hopefully with more training will be a bit gentler. But over all it was lovely.

Another wonderful colour cut and finish at Ora by Cettina, always attentive, listens and does an amazing job with my hair, styling slkills are fantastic as I have very unmanageable hair - walked out feeling well and truly pampered

This is a lovely friendly salon, and today I enjoyed a new cut with (new to me) stylist Cettina. She did a great job of interpretating what I wanted and has cut and finished my hair beautifully. I was well looked after and she was great to chat with too ????

Had another wonderful experience at Ora today with Cettina, I am always very happy, and all the girls look after me very well. I was especially impressed with how accommodating they were as I had to cancel yesterday due to illness (which I know all too well how frustrating it is when clients cancel) & they fitted me in today! Kelly has been cutting my hair since she was a junior she is such a lovely person and I trust her implicitly with my hair she is great with advise on any problems and good at suggesting products for any problems again a great cut I had my bonus of my wash house experience today and Rosina did it and it was great so thank you Ora for a fantastic service once again keep up the good work
