I was greeted and welcomed with a smile as usual, Abi looked over my hair & asked how well colour had lasted & whether I had been pleased with the cut. Usual thoroughness and I am equally happy this time as well! It's all why I keep coming back! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the results of my hair, I had a caramel colour balayage, Paige got the colour exactly how I wanted it and did a lovely long layered cut that I asked for and an Olaplex treatment. Paige was also very understanding about my Autism and asked how I like the environment to be.

I have difficult hair and I wanted a particular style. Abi went through it very carefully. I had a special conditioner and after cutting and blow drying my hair as straight as possible she used tongs to get the style exactly right. 3 days later it is still looking really good and will probably last another 2 days, which is unusual with my hair. I am delighted with her work and professionalism.

All such lovely staff and Abi is incredibly attentive and so friendly, makes for an enjoyable afternoon.

I’ve been coming to Charlie Brown for 13 years now - first at Wallington and now the Banstead branch. Paige does my hair now and she is absolutely fantastic. She has transformed my colour, makes suggestions for what will work but always listens to what I want. I couldn’t recommend her and the salon more. Always so friendly and welcoming.

I recently grew my hair and was fed up with the thickness and style. Michaela really listened and has given me the best haircut I’ve ever had and I now love my hair. The colour is great and she gives great advice and is lovely with it. The best hairdresser cannot recommend her enough.

Hair appointments are much more than that - they are a social occasion (so nice to have a chat and a laugh - real therapy!) Always great to get my hair cut - makes you feel good about yourself. Jennie does an amazing job; she is a great stylist and kindly puts up with my little foibles.

Paige was an absolutely perfect stylist, friendliness of staff generally was super, and likewise quality of my hair cut and finish.

I recently moved to Banstead from Kent and hadn't had my hair done for nearly 5 months so my roots were bad! Sarah highlighted and toned my hair and I am beyond pleased with the colour and how bright it is. All staff are super friendly and it was nice having a chat with Sarah who was professional throughout. Will definitely be coming back ?

Paige was outstanding. The layers at the front aren’t quite as defined as we had wanted but all in all the experience was fabulous.

I changed hairdressers earlier this year and am very pleased with this salon. Michaela listens well to what I want and over a few cuts has managed to restore vitality, shape and condition to my hair. She is friendly and helpful and I am so pleased I moved salon and have Michaela cut and style my hair now.

Actually Abi was off so I was passed to Sarah. No problem at all, all at Charlie Brown seem trained to equally high standards I am really pleased wiv my cut,, colour & finish and know that it will probably last just as well as previously. I remain a very happy customer, thank you!

I had my hair cut in another salon sadly they left me with a mess .
I called the Charlie Brown to see what they can do for me. They book me for a sorting out my hair cut with in half an hour from my help call.
Amy kindly sort my hair out even there was not so much room to do anything.
I left salon with my hair look like a I had hair cut not like child running wild with scissor.
