Excellent as always

Caroline has been cutting my hair for 18 months and from day 1 she has got to grips with my difficult hair. She cuts it beautifully with great attention to detail and I never have to remind her of anything of the style. Probably the best hairdresser I have ever had. Certainly the best salon ever. Everyone is so friendly and from the moment I made my first appointment 8 years ago, I have always felt quite at home. Some salons can feel quite intimidating, but never this one.

Amazing job and really friendly

1st time at this salon and last. Despite being on time I was kept waiting, she didn't remember a word said the day before when I had called in to see if the colour and cut could be done for a wedding that weekend.
Poor time keeping meant the colour was left on well over time. Should have done a strand test at the consultation as colour did not take all over but was glossed over and cleverly hidden with styling. Only when I got home did I see how poor the treatment had been and couldn't get hold of her on the phone to see what could be done. Assured of call back which never happened so went to different salon and got far better treatment and help to restore condition and colour. Still waiting after 6 weeks to see if I'm getting a refund, but nobody seems to know anything.

This salon is the best I have found by far!! I have been having my hair coloured for years and been to so many salons but not one like this . I see Charlie his cut and colouring are the best :) the staff are always very friendly and helpful :)

Amber is an excellent colorist and stylist with a friendly manner. Amber is very professional and knowledgeable about hair.

Both myself and my sister had Jennie cash, cut and blow dry our hair. We were both pleased with her service and how quick she was also. We were both pleased with our hair and they style it was cut.

My daughter loved her first proper grown up hairdressers appointment. She’s 7 and had a wash, cut and blow dry. This salon also do fringe trims and donate the proceeds to charity.

My hair looks great

Caroline did an amazing job on my hair today. She managed my expectations but then totally exceeded them!!. My goal is to go Silver as my roots are white but I have been dying my hair dark brown for over 30 years. However she got me to a blonde today which is fantastic as I am now well to meeting my silver goal. Also the blonde totally disguises my white roots. She also cut my hair exactly how I wanted. You now have one loyal new customer Caroline and I will be recommending you to all my friends. See you soon!
