I popped into Toni and Guy on the off chance they would be able to fit me in. As many staff were out training I got Arna who is an apprentice and I have only positive things to say about her and the cut she gave me - I love it!

Just left my hair appointment with an apprentice (Arna), with a huge smile on my face. All staff were very friendly and willing to answer every question I had! Very gentle with the hair too, from washing to styling and everything between. Very relaxing environment, would 100% recommend and will be going back! Big thanks to the ladies who were in today, and good luck with those NVQs. You will ace them <3

I was very impressed with Samy who expertly coloured my hair today. She suggested a different tint to accommodate my age and skin colouring, something I had been meaning to ask about. And I was lucky in that she blow-dried my hair too. I was very pleased with the result. Normally I can'wait to get home to wet and dry it again.

Christine at Toni and Guy in Ipswich , is excellent. V skilled and has a great manner. I have being going to her for years and thoroughly recommend her.

I have long thick hard to blow dry hair as it goes very bushy and wiry. I have had several bad haircuts in my time and I am very fussy who cuts my hair and I am guessing I'm a fussy customer.
I nervously went into tony and guy for the first time today. The staff were all very friendly and extremely welcoming and helpful. Zoe cut my hair and she immediately put me at ease and I had full confidence she knew what she was doing and understood what I wanted. She took the time to listen to me and was very polite despite me being very picky and nervous. Came home with a haircut I am thoroughly pleased with. Will deifinitly be returning fior Zoe to cut my hair in the future. A very positive experience all round.

Thank you to Terri for always making me look and feel fabulous! Terri is SO talented and such a lovely person too. Special thanks also to Sarah- front of house for arranging this complicated booking (I had full head of highlights, nano keratin treatment and wash cut and blow-dry). I will never go anywhere else. Pricey but to me, worth every penny.

Today I was 15 mins late for my appointment. I was almost minded to do a no show....but when I eventually arrived and explained you were so understanding and accommodating! Instead of making me feel bad you just got on with it. Thank you.

Had a wonderful visit to the salon in Ipswich this morning.Greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed my regular trim with my favourite hairdresser-Christine. Always a highlight in my routine.

Care was good. However my hairdresser, after using one toner that made little difference to my hair, chose another toner without consulting me and I was surprised with a result much darker than we had discussed. I understand why she chose the colour but it should have been run by me; I would have opted against the treatment if I had known. Now I am left with a colour that I like even less than my previous very light blonde.

Went in today to have quite a drastic change (from long to shoulder length) Agnes cut my hair and was perfect, gave me the advice I needed and created a beautiful cut - which was just what I asked for! Could fault my salon experience today and I'm a very happy client!

I'm always very happy with my haircut. What I'm not keen on is the music. It seems to cater for a very young audience , but when I look around I see middle aged women just like me. I think the atmosphere needs to be more sophisticated less chavvy.
I would also like clean hairbrushes used on my hair. The brushes are full if other people's hair which is disgusting and unhygienic.
