TONI&GUY Ipswich has a well-established team with Christine as an original member. Working hard to ensure all our clients get the best possible service, the salon manager Sarah has been with TONI&GUY since 2003 working closly with the Franchisees Charlotte and Dean Spearing.

I had asked how much the highlights would be when I booked. When I came to pay, I was charged extra and when I queried it, I was told it was for 'toner'. I wasnt asked if I wanted it and surely that is part of the colouring process anyway and should be included in the cost. Also I was left for much longer than the 20 minutes I was told it would befor the colour to take.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention we do not add the price of a toner initially because not everyone needs a toner, so we don't want to over charge everyone. However yes you should of been advised prior to
having hi lights done that an extra service of a toner was needed for your hair. So we do apologise and have refunded this back to you. we have brought this up with your colorist and reminded her of our protocol. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

This is the second time I have visited the salon and had my hair cut by Zoe. The staff are all very professional and work well together and Zoe really listens to what I want and consults well. My little 4 year old granddaughter Alice had her hair cut today. She doesn’t easily cope with people she doesn’t know and new experiences. Terri, who cut her hair, was absolutely brilliant with her and managed to style her Hair beautifully. She was patient and understanding and Alice is so pleased with her new hair cut. Appointment mix up

When I rang to book my appointment last week I specifically asked for Zoe as she has always cut my hair since coming to Toni and Guy. When I arrived for my appointment today it transpired I was not booked in with Zoe but with another stylist. The wonderful team at Ipswich managed to shuffle things around so I did have my cut with Zoe. However the system you currently have for answering the phone and making booking arrangements needs to be checked as mistakes are clearly being made.
