Emily was welcoming the minute I walked through the door to ensure the most relaxing experience.

Options were discussed and the benefits to each. Once a decision was made Emily continued to take every step with care and even suggested removing my apple watch to ensure no distractions

My skin feels amazing and a facial will become part of my routine

I had the best time and I’ve now got the best hair! The salon is gorgeous and so clean and tidy. I got the exact colour I wanted and I asked so many questions and all of them got answered so well. Also got a hot chocolate that was amazing. The experience was so lovely everyone was so welcoming and chatty, and I am in love with my hair!!! x

I visited the salon with my Daughter in law who had recommended me to the salon.
I was very anxious about having a pedicure because of my age and health I am no longer able to do my toes myself.
Chloe made me feel at ease and I felt so much better after. I picked the lively bright pink gel.
The salon is lovely and all the staff.
I will definitely be returning!

Amazing service again with Emily, she’s always so welcoming and professional. And always re creates the desired design I want on my nails. Even difficult designs. She takes time and care and I would always recommend Emily to any of my friends as I always come away with amazing nails every time.

It was my first visit to Salon Nine, and I was so impressed by the salon and in particular Jasmine. I had had a bad experience at a different salon and Jasmine put me at ease and did a super job with my nails, which needed quite a bit of tlc.

I’ve been seeing Amani for about 18 months now and my hair has never looked or felt better. She is clearly so passionate about her work and what she produces and it reflects in everything she does. Amani also gives tips on hair care and suggestions for what will look good in the appointment when I’m a bit unsure on what I want. I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else for my hair!

Thoroughly enjoyed my luxury pedicure with Chloe, who is so lovely and made me feel really pampered! Already booked my next appointment 🩷

Very good hair cut

Perfect start to my Saturday getting a pedicure and gel toes in a lovely autumn shade. Emily made me feel comfortable and at ease as we chatted whilst she expertly made my feet and toes look beautiful. Looking forward to coming again :-)

Had so much Hair to come off for my wedding and Hannah just became a super woman and won the battle. So efficient and care to myself and so highly skilled!!

I’ve taken my daughter for a couple of haircuts at Salon Nine now. She’s only just turned three so is quite young, but I’ve had fantastic experiences each time I’ve been so I wanted her to have the same experience. Lauren has seen her both times and is amazing! She’s so patient and kind to her, encouraging her to sit still whilst being polite and still engaging in conversation with us both.

Jasmine gave me a pedicure yesterday with gel also. Her service was amazing she was so professional / done an great job my experience was very pleasant from start to finish. Highly recommend 😍

I’ve had two sessions with Lauren for hair colour and cut. She has been extremely professional and considerate with what I wanted my hair to look like. I have very long and thick hair which takes extra effort to colour and style. She didn’t cut any corners and gave me such a lovely bouncy blow dry. Made my day! I’ve been getting compliments on my layered hair cut too!

Caitland made an absolutely wonderful job of my wedding hair. She took so much care over it and the results were stunning. Thank you so much Caitland.
