I am so glad I chose to come to this salon a couple of years ago
The Salon is always spotlessly clean, plenty of drinks on offer and also have a good chat
Caitland is so knowledgeable with which products to use for my fine and sometimes dry hair.
First class would highly recommend

I visited the salon and had a balayage. My hair is now a beautiful colour thanks to Amani. Her bouncy blow dry at the end is just amazing.

Wow wow wow!! Emily has magic fingers!!! From the first closing of eyes to inhale the aromatherapy to the last gentle tap the whole experience was wonderful! So so relaxing - felt like I was floating away!! - and the facial glow afterwards was fab!! Thank you so much!!

I would like to take writing this review as an opportunity to thank Caitland who gave me a wonderful haircut. She listened, advised and did a fantastic job specially when my hair is so difficult to handle and maintain. The environment, vibe and ambience is very welcoming and friendly. The staff are wonderful there. I think it’s the best salon in town. For facials and haircuts I won’t be going anywhere else other than salon nine.

Rebecca did my bridal hair for my wedding day and it was absolutely amazing. She was able to bring to life what I envisioned as my bridal hair. She stayed up until the ceremony to ensure any touch ups were done and my hair stayed in place until the end of the evening!! I couldn't recommend Rebecca more!

It was my first time at Salon Nine, and it definitely wont be my last. The atmosphere is welcoming, mainly due to the lovely, polite staff. Zoe in particular is a wonderful Stylist, she is attentive and was able to turn my Copper Inspo into a reality. Her knowledge knows no bounds.
I will definitely be returning in the future.

Saffy was amazing as always, got my colour and style perfect and made sure I always had a drink. Absolutely delightful iced coffee. What I love about seeing Saffy is that she takes so much pride in her work so I know I will always have great hair!

Great service

I’ve been to Emily a few times and I’m always amazed at the quality and finish of my nails. My last pedi lasted nearly two months! Emily is incredibly friendly and makes sure everything is perfect before you leave.

If Carlsberg did Hair, salon Nine would be selling out left, right and centre. The team are amazing - always happy and welcoming, and the vibe is elite; the salon is like stepping into a dream. I can’t speak more highly of Saff, who is consistently professional, friendly and honest (which I appreciate more than anything). Saff has the most incredible energy that makes even the toughest days feel like they weren’t so bad. And she is so unbelievably talented, it actually makes me sick. I would trust her with my life, as well as my colour, cut and style. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I count down the days to my next appointment. I often wonder how I managed without Salon Nine in my life but I’m so grateful to enjoy a few hours of peace and leave feeling like I’m ready to rock the catwalk! 🩷

This hair salon is very aesthetically pleasing and super clean. The staff are very welcoming and friendly creating a very comfortable atmosphere. From start to finish Saffron put me at ease with her confidence in her work.

I chose to go to Salon Nine when first moving to the area based on Saffron’s experience with blondes specifically and I was not disappointed! Saffron is great to be around and very knowledgeable and most importantly i’ve loved my hair every time!

I’ve been going to Becca for some time now & have the most wonderful experience every single time. You feel properly spoilt & cared for at Salon 9 from the lovely cuppa to walking out feeling like a million dollars. The Salon also has such a lovely atmosphere which is testament to the team working there, all so friendly.

Before going to saffron I literally had the worst conditioned broken bleach hair which needed fixing! After listening to saffrons advice I had it cut every 8-10 weeks and followed all the hair care saffron told me to use and the condition of my hair went from the worst to the best it’s ever been! And it’s grown so long! Once finally being able to get it coloured. Saffron smashes it every time with the colour and style! I always have the best time in the salon with saffron. She’s knowledgable, friendly and absolutely hilarious! and I always look forward to my appointments with herI get so many compliments and recommend her to everyone! I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Thank you Saffron! X

Been to Saffron now a few times for hair extensions and maintenance. She took time to discuss the concerns I had and really took them on board. As a result I’ve been so pleased with the results!!

I actually had an appointment with Emily for my toes and then Hannah for my hands. Both were friendly, welcoming, professional and did a great job. It was my first time using Salon 9 but having been recommended it by several colleagues I decided to have my holiday nails done. I'm really happy with the result and the quality of service from both Emily and Hannah and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Always walk stinky an amazing, welcoming atmosphere. All the girls are lovely! Hannah goes above and beyond when carrying out any service, currently being 38 weeks and 5 days pregnant she’s goes out of her way to make sure I am comfortable and adapts services to my needs.

Holiday nails done by Emily! Her attention to detail is second to none. My previous nail lady who was much older than Emily never took the time or attention that Emily does! So happy I found Emily :)
