I love my visits to the salon , I always feel spoilt the whole experience is great , I always leave feeling lifted like I’m on cloud nine , just what you need on cold dark days . Hannah is a real credit to the salon , all the girls are friendly and welcoming .

I've been going to Lauren at salon nine for nearly a year, my hair has never looked so good she always does amazing job!! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The salon is a beautiful place very relaxing!!

Rebecca absolutely perfected my hair for my wedding, originally there was no space on Monday (day of wedding) to get my hair done and my step mum was going to do it but was just way to tight to have her actually do it so went to Rebecca to let me know off any cancellations and she was so lovely and offered to come in early and do my hair for me! Made it such a stress free day and got many compliments on my hair! Will recommend her to everyone I know!

I was a bit nervous about getting my hair done in a new place however I am really glad I did, I love the atmosphere of Salon Nine, it’s a beautiful place and well decorated. I felt extremely comfortable with Saffron (i’m a shy and anxious person), she asked me loads of questions about what I want and how I wanted it to look, she always asked me if I would like another drink which made the experience feel better than other salons. I was really glad with how it all turned out. I cannot thank Saffron enough for what she did.

Brilliant as always

I’ve had my hair coloured and styled by Saff a few times now and every time I leave absolutely over the moon with my hair. Saffron has helped me turn my hair healthy and the growth is just amazing! Saffron is so friendly and we always have a laugh I always have the best experience and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I will only let Hannah touch my eyebrows, they are finally at the shape that I've wanted them at. But not only an eyebrow wax also a therapy session. All the girls at the salon are so so lovely and will chat and empower you.

I was so looked after. Lauren literally got everything perfect, it was the exact colour and shade I wanted. She was also really helpful at advising me on how to treat my hair. It was my first colour and I love it! She did a perfect job!

Armani took my hair from a very dark brown to the most perfect copper! I couldn’t be any happier with the result but not only did I walk away with AMAZING new hair but she’s an absolute dream and listens to every concern. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

I recently visited Salon Nine for a haircut, wash, and blow-dry,Ms. Zoe was my stylist and I’m incredibly happy with the experience! All the staffs were welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. Zoe, listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a beautiful haircut that perfectly suits my face shape. The wash was relaxing, she gave me head massage and the blow-dry left my hair looking shiny and full of volume. The salon itself was clean and had a calming ambiance. Overall, I’m very impressed and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Emily and my nails have been on a journey. Starting from scratch to now having not only beautiful nails but healthy strong nails also. Salon 9 is aesthetically stunning, with the most welcoming, attentive, compassionate staff. Fantastic service, hair look great
