Caitland is very friendly and will always help if you need any ideas for hair. She is also helpful when telling you all about the hair products you need to keep it looking good.

Lauren was so methodical and careful when taking my hair from long to a bob. I am happy with the style and have had so many compliments already.

My nails were so lovely with Chloe, I’ve never been to an infill with all 10 nails not even with a chip in sight 3 weeks later until I went to Chloe! They were perfect and cant wait to have them done again 😍

I had my first experience with the SN beauty side after using the salon for my hair, and I was as equally pleased. I was made to feel so comfortable and spoken through each treatment. I loved the outcome of all my treatments.

Lauren has been very helpful in re coloring my hair, after a wrong colour was applied by another salon. Thank you for letting me return to adjust the colour. I will definitely continue to have my hair styled at Salon Nine. Lauren is a great hairdresser.

My hair looks and feels amazing and I’m looking forward to coming here again! I don’t get my hair done often so I appreciated the guidance from Rebecca as to the cut. Always a little nervous about going somewhere new for a haircut, but Rebecca was super welcoming and the whole experience was just a lovely start to my day.

Third time here and another very successful visit. Lauren took great care cutting and then dealing with my not so easy to style hair! All in all a great experience...and the coffee was excellent too!

Ella was thorough, polite and consistently made sure I was happy with every part of the process of my manicure. I wish her all the best with her new role at Salon Nine!

The whole experience was great. The staff are so welcoming, the salon is beautiful and Jazz did a great job with my brow wax. I told her I usually have them tinted and she offered to do the patch test there and then so I don’t have to go back before my next appointment.

Lauren cut my hair once before and I was very pleased with it. I changed my style and have been trying to get back to my usual Bob cut but after some health issues and different stylists I wasn’t happy with it but Lauren has got the style back for me and I’m happy. A very friendly relaxed salon.

This was the first time having a hydrating facial at salon nine. I needed some pamper time and this was the perfect treat. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience, Emily made me feel comfortable and explained what would happen in the treatment and the products she would be using. Asking me what my skin care routine was before and giving her advice when I had questions. It was a truly relaxing experience and left my skin feeling hydrated and looking brighter and healthier. I would definitely recommend the comfort zone products as they smelt amazing and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I would definitely recommend this facial by Emily.

I was booked into the Illuminate Facial (55 mins). It was fantastic. "Best facial I have had" were my first comments after.
The facial was relaxing, calm and extensive. They use really nice products.
The head massage while the mask was on was incredible, as was the other elements of massage.
My face was left glowing and fresh. I would highly recommend a facial with Emily!
