This was my first visit and I was very happy with the result. Very friendly relaxed atmosphere.

I’ve had two sessions with Lauren for hair colour and cut. She has been extremely professional and considerate with what I wanted my hair to look like. I have very long and thick hair which takes extra effort to colour and style. She didn’t cut any corners and gave me such a lovely bouncy blow dry. Made my day! I’ve been getting compliments on my layered hair cut too!

Caitland made an absolutely wonderful job of my wedding hair. She took so much care over it and the results were stunning. Thank you so much Caitland.

Jessica was lovely from the very start , she was honest with the results she thought we would get with what colour I fancied going. She was friendly , looked after me. Considering she's not been part of your team long she seemed very skilled and confident. Looking forward to seeing her again :)

I booked this appointment for my wedding nails and Emily made them look amazing. This is the first time I have ever had a gel manicure and I am now totally hooked! I will certainly be back.

Amani always does a fantastic job with my hair. She understands curly hair and how to cut it to get the best out of it. Always does a great job with colouring.

Jasmine did a great job with my pedicure. She was easy to chat to, made sure I was comfortable throughout I.e happy with the water temp, and paid attention to the details. Really happy with the service and my nails and would happily book with her again

I had such a lovely experience with Salon Nine today, as a new client I was welcomed in and made to feel comfortable from the get go even with having my newborn with me. (Sometimes people find this annoying but I was not made to feel this way). I was really pleased with the results of my hair and have only marked as a 4 as consistency is a big thing for me but I feel it can only get better from here as Lauren learns my hair more and more. It was a quiet afternoon which was lovely so I look forward to experiencing the busy atmosphere at future appointments.

Amani is amazing at what she does. My hair looks and feels absolutely amazing and she did exactly what I wanted.

I book to get my haircut with Amani whenever I visit my in laws and she is an excellent hairdresser. Really skilled, listens and understands what you want and advises what would work best for you personally. Top notch hairdresser!

Zoe was fantastic. Zoe did my bridal hair, mother of the bride and bridesmaids. She was friendly and welcoming. She got the look I wanted for us all, just perfect. Our hair looked great and stayed for the whole day. Would recommend Zoe to anyone

I thoroughly enjoyed my Hydration facial with Emily, I was so relaxed and in a state of bliss, I forgot where I had parked my car. Emily knows how to make you feel at ease and her hands are pure magic. Can’t wait to come back, my skin feels incredible and I appreciated the advice she shared on skincare options at home.

Amani is amazing at her job! - coming in to the salon with no idea what I wanted. And amani worked her magic and made my hair look amazing! And smells insane! Salon nine is always a welcoming place to come in for me time!

Had my regular Biab manicure and luxury pedi with gels. Happy with results as usual and once again an enjoyable couple of hrs chatting with Emily. Left feeling totally pampered and relaxed.

Thankyou so much for doing my daughters prom makeup and hair by Lauren, you both truly did an amazing job , she looked absolutely stunning and so natural, at 16 yrs old I was hoping she wasn’t going to have a lot of makeup on but she looked perfect. We both will definitely be back when the next big event comes. She had a late night and by morning her make up still looked fantastic so Thankyou both x

The Salon is always spotlessly clean, plenty of drinks on offer and also have a good chat
Caitland is so knowledgeable with which products to use for my fine and sometimes dry hair.

I visited the salon and had a balayage. My hair is now a beautiful colour thanks to Amani. Her bouncy blow dry at the end is just amazing.

Wow wow wow!! Emily has magic fingers!!! From the first closing of eyes to inhale the aromatherapy to the last gentle tap the whole experience was wonderful! So so relaxing - felt like I was floating away!! - and the facial glow afterwards was fab!! Thank you so much!!
