Eloise took the time to listen and understand what I wanted to go for prior to cutting my hair. She was very thorough in her consultation, which I really appreciated. Eloise was also friendly - offering me a drink at the start and magazines when I was waiting for the conditioning/hair treatment. The cut looked great and she finished it off with really nice, soft waves (which I asked for). Really happy with my time with her! :)

I walked into your salon on Fri 22nd Sept with no notice and ask if at some point during the day could they fit me in for a wash and blow dry, l was ask if l would like a trainee they could do it then, which l accepted willingly. The young lady did very well under the supervision of a trained member of staff( of which l never got either of their names whoops sorry) The trainer was excellent with the trainee very patient and clear in her instructions and giving lots of positive praise, which put smiles on faces , mine as well as l learnt there far more to drying hair then l ever thought possible,.l took notes.so yes a very pleasant time in your salon.l will be back in again the next time lm down , with an appointment !! My goodness what an asset to your company this young lady is. I phoned as my husband had a go at cutting My hair what was I thinking! Not only did Eloise fit me into her already busy Saturday but her skill is a marval to behold. a nice wash using products to sooth my sun dehydrated hair a colour conditioner recommended to sooth and improve my poor locks and add some colour to the sunbleached mess that was my hair a professional haircut with some pointers about where best to place my parting a blow dry and some waves curtesy of her expertise with her hair straightners. Went into the salon in a very low mood came out made up with the difference eloise had made to my hair. Cannot wait to move near to bury so eloise can be my new stylest.
