Very professional and friendly. Totally happy with the colour and cut, can recommend.

I accidently booked the wrong appointment online and my cut and blowdry was actually a restyle. I also have incredibly thick hair which makes things take even longer. Even though my appointment stretched from 45mins to 2hrs I was not made to feel bad and the cut was fantastic. Looks and feels great :)

A lovely experience for my 11 year old daughter. She was made to feel comfortable as well as providing a great cut and finish (waves). We won’t go anywhere else now. Thanks so much x

I had a perm done today by Kian. Really pleased with everything! Love the friendly warm atmosphere of the Acadamy, the training, supervising and assistance by Denae B and Kian really was really a credit to the Salon. He was very professional yet friendly made me feel it was a pleasure being there and was very respectful too. As for the perm , he did amazing . I am so pleased with it. Thank you Kian.

I have had a lovely haircut today, my hair was really overdue a tidy up. Kirstie has done a lovely job. She even stayed past her finish time to complete the cut and blow dry. Kirsty is a great hair stylist a credit to Redz.

Today I had Charlea do my hair in foils, I told her what I would like and she advised me on how my hair would look. So we changed a few things. And a couple of her colleagues had some advice as well.

Lovely atmosphere when opening the door, asked if they could take my coat and did I wish for a drink. Sadly Libby did not introduce herself but welcomed me to sit, we discussed what I wanted then she handed me into the capable hands of Sarah who washed and conditioned my hair. Libby was very efficient, talkative and informative. Excellent haircut and pleased with advice given. Great experience for someone who hasn’t been into a salon for 30 years (been having haircuts by mobile hairdressers at home)

I have been coming to Holly for a few years now. She is always friendly and does an amazing job on my hair which can be a challenge at times.

You worked some magic on my hair Jo. From a perm that my hair reacted strangely too and I couldn’t do anything with. My hair is sleek and shiny and it still is 3 days later! I’m afraid to wash it now ?

As ever, I was made welcome on arrival at the salon, my jacket hung up, and always the immediate offer of a hot drink. All the stylists are friendly, but professional, and the atmosphere relaxed. I especially like the loyalty reward scheme which shows appreciation for client's continued custom.

Been going over a year now and every time I go l always very happy with my cut holly always know how l like it would highly recommend making a visit you will always come out happy.

Absolutely excellent every time I visit! All of the team are friendly and professional especially Libby and Leah who have done my hair for years. I always walk out feeling delighted with the result and wouldn’t let any other salon touch my hair.

I always enjoy coming and Holly is an excellent stylist. However I thouhgt paying £82 to have my hair coloured and styled is very expensive. I am not sure if I want to continuing paying such a high price as to be honest I do not understand why the price has increase by so much.

Eve always listens to what I want my hair to look like and always gives a great cut. I know she would tell me if it wasn't appropriate, I trust her advice. She has always been lovely and kind. Thank you Eve. Have a great Christmas see you in the new year.

Libby was very friendly, and couldn't do enough for me...I mentioned that my hair was very dry, Libby asked If would like a conditioning treatment...and I said I would, and asked if I would like a drink. Although the style wasn't exactly what I wanted...it was a very good cut and she was very professional.

Charlie did my colour today (as Libby off sick). I'm really pleased with it and she did an excellent job.
