I had my hair cut today by Libby who as usual did an absolutely superb job. Her professionalism is excellent always asking me if it was ok to answer the phone, or to pass On a message to the other staff

Fab experience had a restyle and Kian did thorough consult before transforming my hair, both cut and colour and love the end result. I have curly hair and Kian made sure it would suit both straight and curly styling. Great experience would definitely recommend. Usually have Charlie and she’s amazing too. All staff well trained and up to date on everything hair!

Somewhat disappointed that I wasn't given a breakdown for the cost of my recent hair appointment. I paid £145 to the salon and should have been made aware of how this figure was arrived at.

Kirstie was friendly and knowledgeable. She spent time talking about my hair and what would suit me. I like that they use proper towels and gowns (not plastic/disposable)

WOW! What a fabulous salon in the heart of Beccles. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. I have only had two visits to see Ellie my lovely hairdresser. She has transformed my dull, lifeless hair into a shiny, luscious head of hair. Ellie is such a lovely, warm and happy lady. She is very knowledgeable in what would be best for my hair and also listens to what I would like. Ellie has a gift for hairdressing and has a beautiful caring soul. Thank you so much for giving me fabulous shiny hair again!

I love a perm, and right now just like my fresh perm I’m feeling bouncy and full.
Great service from the whole team they are the definition of a well oiled machine. I was well looked after and their customer experience upgrades are worth it if you fancy a little extra TLC
