WOW! What a fabulous salon in the heart of Beccles. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. I have only had two visits to see Ellie my lovely hairdresser. She has transformed my dull, lifeless hair into a shiny, luscious head of hair. Ellie is such a lovely, warm and happy lady. She is very knowledgeable in what would be best for my hair and also listens to what I would like. Ellie has a gift for hairdressing and has a beautiful caring soul. Thank you so much for giving me fabulous shiny hair again!

Hollie as always is great. Such a lovely charming young lady to chat with and a great stylist (not that it applies to me as I never have it “styled” as such) but I always feel she is happy to see me and happy to cut my hair the way I want it. She C us a real asset to Redz

I love a perm, and right now just like my fresh perm I’m feeling bouncy and full.
Great service from the whole team they are the definition of a well oiled machine. I was well looked after and their customer experience upgrades are worth it if you fancy a little extra TLC

I had my second cut with Holy today and I couldn’t be happier. The first cut six weeks ago was to try and get some proper shape back into my style following a rather disastrous cut overseas in December. Holy is skilled and knowledgeable. The first session was a bit nerve wracking for both of us I think. She had to try and make sense of what the previous hairdresser had tried to do. However, the result was great and grew back beautifully. Today’s trim is fabulous and I’m thrilled with the outcome. Magic hands! Thanks Holly… see you in six weeks 😘

Overall my hair is awful. It's cut uneven. Some parts don't even look like it's been cut. The colour dont even look like ive had it done. Had to much treatment in my hair. Now it feel lifeless. Having to go back to another hairdressers as my anxiety is bad can't go back.

It was first visit to REDZ in Beccles today. I was so looking forward to getting rid of my dammed grey but quite nervous as in the past I have had many a disappointing result. The minute I walked in all the beautiful girls all looked up and smiled, which made me so comfortable. I was lucky to be booked in with Libby. She took time to look at the colour chart and I told her what I was heading for in the near future. She listened and gave me good advice for my next appointment Two tasty Lattes and very attentive staff what more could you ask for. The colour came out beautifully, the treatment has made my crazy wild hair feel like silk and it was one of the best head massage I’ve ever had. Thankyou 🙏Libby. 10/10 and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!
