My first visit to the salon today and the atmosphere was professional and very friendly I was completely delighted with my haircut and Gary took time to advise and explain to me how we will achieve the style I want, I have already booked and look forward to my next visit.

It was my first time in the salon, and I was warmly welcomed by all the staff, and the salon is lush!!
I had a consultation with Sam and I was going for a complete change, Sam was very professional and friendly. I am very impressed and love my new look and looking forward to going back for another complete colour change. I would highly recommend this salon and I am definitely going back and totally give a shinning 5 Stars.

Gary listens to what his clients want from their visit. Then he does exactly as asked and discussed.

New client to Garry always had a female stylist. Garry was great nice guy very welcoming, friendly , all positive , liklihood going forward I will switch to one of the females just my preference...overall Great experience, lovely salon, very modern , clean , great hair advice, fab staff...

Caroline is lovely and I’m really happy with the way she does my hair. Although I won’t stop coming the price is a bit punchy so will probably not come as often as I would like.

Samuel did a FANTASTIC job colouring my hair. I was having a lot done to my hair which took many hours to achieve & the service from start to finish was OUTSTANDING! I cannot recommend this salon enough. It is a family run business & all of the staff I spoke with were friendly, professional, Knowledgeable, helpful & made me feel like royalty. Sam worked absolute magic on my hair today. After years of brown/black/red box dyes, he managed to give me the most beautiful caramel blonde.
At the start of the consult, he asked “if I could wave a magic wand, what colour would your hair be”? And he only went and did it! I was absolutely shocked and my hair is still in great condition!
I’m pretty sure Sam will be a colour star one day - it’s inevitable.

Fabulous treatment when from start to finish. More than i normally pay for my hair but a great experience. I had never been before so i had a free colour consultation a week prior to my appt which was very helpful. On day of my appt we discussed what I wanted again and my expectations. Lyn advised me of everything she was doing during the whole appt. Lyn was extremely professional but also we had a laugh whilst chatting and I felt very relaxed. Absolutely love my hair and coming back in 6 weeks for another appt.

It's such a great experience my, cut and colour excellent on every level. A luxury yes but so worth it to come away feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

It’s such a relaxing experience to have my hair done a Francis Hunters, from the moment you arrive and greeted by Elaine and looked after again by Elaine when you leave. All the staff are attentive, pleasant and very professional. Any refreshment of your choice is available, on my last visit Samuel made the most delicious iced latte with a side of chocolate smarties, I felt truly pampered! not forgetting the perfect cut and colour from Leslie.

I dislike hairdressers due to bad experiences in the past. Hannah does my hair. She is lovely. So chatty, friendly and discusses what style I want. She is a gem.

Lauren never tires of me saying what I am.doing woth my hair ,had a treatment mask as I felt my hair was very dry having been in the sun

Hairstylist was Rachel. She did a lovely job on my hair through toning it down and redoing my roots with a cut and style to finish. I was delighted with the results.

Tried a shorter style today via a photo download. Leslie was spot on with advice and cut.
