Rachel was amazing

Spotless, welcoming salon with great service from start to finish and a nice atmosphere. Rachel was thorough, professional, full of advice and I'm very happy with my experience.

A bliss few hours in the salon. Always feel like you’re in good hands. The time passes very quickly with great lattes and good chat.

I have been going here for many, many years. I love the salon and the people who work there. They do a great job and it is very much appreciated.

I have been loyal to it through many changes of people and price increases. I have been able to change my hairdresser to accommodate my budget.

It’s up a little lane in Stirling. Parking nearby which is handy.

I also go to the beauty place upstairs which is great.

My only negative is I find the music really loud and it spoils my enjoyment even if I am upstairs.

If I may make a suggestion, please can you tailor the music to the customers rather than to your personal preferences.
For example, turn it down and make it more Radio 2 ish?

I’m probably the only one who thinks that but it’s my honest opinion. 😂

Once again excellent cut from Gary and colour from Lauren and all the staff at FH… Super friendly, professional salon which I love coming to for my cut and colour… as do all the Wills family !

Excellent visit, again. Had a free scalp test done. Told my scalp is in great condition. No doubt, due to the use of the Nioxin products i bought last year. Glad i listened to the professional advice I was given. Thanks Lynsey.

Everyone makes you feel welcome and at home. Gary took care of my cut. Listening to me and my preferences. It’s always a pleasure to go as i know I’ll get a brilliant hair and beard cut.

1st time meeting Lyn as my previously styliist wasnt available for what was a short notice plan for me to visit the salon, Lyn was available, who was very nice, helpful person , good to chat with made the experience very pleasant , done a lovely cut & shaped my hair so nice , lyn gave me good advice about my hair, and products, I have coloured my hair for over 25yrs and ddcideddd to go natural, starting growing out my coloured hair over the last 23 months , despite a little side step few months ago that didn't work out Lyn advised me to stick with it , loving the look of my natural grey, look forward to eventually full head natural coloyr free , as far as today experience will definitely select Lyn again, great job., Thankyou..

As always Lyn is very personable. Always listens to what you are asking for and gives great suggestions which gives you the confidence to give her a free rein superb.

Both Lesley and Rachel couldn’t have been more attentive, Lesley for making good treatment options and Rachel for the lovely blow dry

I was taken promptly on arrival for a cut and blow dry. I had my hair washed and was able to relax with a coffee and mince pie before Gary started my cut. As always the cut is as we discussed and I'm delighted with the result. I was offered more coffee while waiting for my lift home. I can't praise the salon highly enough. I felt relaxed, listened to and knew from experience the result would be perfect.

Thank you for making me glam at this crazy time of year. I love my curls and they lasted all afternoon and I’m ready now for my party tonight. It was lovely having a wee latte and festive mince pie too.

I was in this morning with my daughter, Hollie for her first proper hair cut. The stylist Emma was fab with her! She washed her hair, cut and styled it just as Hollie wanted, even put a curl in before we left. Really appreciated the time she spend on Hollie as we didn’t feel rushed at all! Hollie said she wanted her hair done by Emma every day now!
