I always visit Retson hair & beauty for haircut, hair colour, eyebrows wax etc. Today Ellie done my hair colour and hair cut which was fabulous. I am so happy with her work and she is very caring and lovely person. I strongly recommend Retson hair and beauty .

Nobody on reception when I arrived but was greeted by a friendly junior very quickly. I was taken on time and my comfort was checked throughout my appointment. I was offered tea, coffee or water. The salon was very clean and tidy when I arrived and noticed cut hair pieces were quickly swept up. I was very happy with my colour, cut and the whole experience.

Was given a voucher for Teri. She was really nice and I love my nails - ready for holiday! Would recommend!

sorry doesn’t let me select pamela gray as my stylist. Been using pam for years. Always look forward to my appointment and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Young abbie also does best head massage !

Lynette is super friendly, efficient, patient as i can be quite a fussy customer and whilst I dont work in Falkirk anymore i still drive from Livingston (45 mins) because of Lynette. I would also say the rest of the staff are all lovely and the atmosphere is excellent. Always made to feel welcome by everyone.

I’ve been going to Myles for a few years now after he was recommended to me as I had thinning hair. Myles has brought my hair back to life. It is growing thicker and longer that it has in years and I always get the best advice for my hair type. The salon and team are lovely and I’d recommend completely, you’ll be I good hands and you’ll like the chat. .

Love this place, it is what you want it to be. If you want a chat while you get your hair washed you can or just relax and enjoy, I nearly fell asleep! Pammy is always great, friendly and attentive and super at the hair thing as well. I've been going here for as long as can remember and it's always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Pammy was my stylist xx

I always enjoy getting my hair cut at Retson Hair and Beauty. All the staff are friendly and helpful and Pamela always gives me a very professional cut and blow dry. I highly recommend them.

Just left the salon and honestly, they never disappoint. The team always does such a great job with my hair – I walk out feeling fresh and super happy every time. They really know what they’re doing and make the whole experience relaxed and easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for people who actually care and get it right every time.

Just wanted to comment on how lovely Abbie is.. I’ve had her now on more than one occasion to style/wash my hair and she has such a lovely manner about her. Yesterday she was showing a new girl how to wash my hair and again i listened to how helpful and nice she was. My hair always looks great too after she has styled it and im hard to please when it comes to my hair! I think it’s always nice to acknowledge people who are doing a good job .. well done Abbie, izzi and I will be booked in soon.

Teri does an incredible job for anyone who feels a little anxiety or unsure during their treatments. You feel like you’re just visiting a friend while being pampered and it’s the best. I’d recommend her to anyone who has anxiety around appointments and wants to feel like they have a safe place to be scared but still persevere.

Teri always does a fantastic job when doing my gel nails. I’ve been going to her for years for a variety of different beauty treatments and she is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
