Kirsty is the ultimate perfectionist, I always leave the salon with enviable nails. I would recommend her in a heartbeat (though part of me wants to keep her all to myself!). Plus, the chat is just as fabulous as the nails xx

I only called the day before and Rachel was able to squeeze me in. I was taken straight away, in a perfectly cool salon on the hottest day of the year so far. After a most relaxing hair wash, I discussed what I was wanting with Rachel, and she did a fabulous job making it happen, she is a lovely person, and she did a great job making sure the hair cut was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been visiting the salon for several years but not written a review before. Other than always being pleased with the cut and colour, the best part of the experience is customer service. The salon is always welcoming and service prompt. However, recently Myles has been very flexible offering appointments on a Sunday and changing my appointment to accommodate my busy schedule over the next couple of months. It is never too much bother to make a change. Thank you

Always get a warm welcome when coming in to the salon.
Lynnette my stylist is amazing. Nothing is too much & I hit her with something different every time.

Would have liked a longer hair wash...very quick.

The hairdresser was, welcoming, relaxed, chatty. Although tge noise was unbearable at times, with people shouting over hairdryers etc

I feel Pam does listen to what I want regarding colour and implements this with a view to future appts also
Re decor - I feel it's quite clinical and could do with some proper interior design to elevate the space and give a more luxurious feel
The wall at the sinks is crying out for some artwork - I'm sure some local high school artists could help.
You look at a blank white wall so it's not great
