Lynette always knows how to colour and style my hair. I trust her 100% and I'm never disappointed. The junior staff are always attentive and friendly and there's always a lovely atmosphere in the salon.

Lynette isn’t just a hairdresser, she’s a gem. She’s warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive, and I always feel completely at ease in her chair. I drive a 46-mile round trip because I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Always a great experience and results every time.

She was brilliant and clear about how she was going about highlighting my hair. She told me my usual colour was oos but it wasn’t a problem as she found a solution!!

Teri does a great manicure and takes account of what you want while being able to make relevant suggestions on suitable colours. She makes you feel relaxed and gives a personal service.

Really enjoyed my experience with Amy today. She always listens to what I want and always delivers. Avthiriughly enjoyable experience.

I was there to renew my colour, looking good again. I did have a little more pink round the edges but it’s covered by the fringe and was mainly wiped off before I left. All good.

Busy, busy sale with Christmas 2 days away, however salon was clean, tidy, lots of buzz, lots of staff busy with clients. Excellent experience!

Lovely Xmas atmosphere albeit very busy. Everyone in festive PJs. Good fun. Usual fab standard by Rachael. Only comment from me would be the cost is a price possibly look at 60+ small discount? 😉

As always everyone was very pleased with a good atmospheric. Very Christmassy that was lovely . Offered a hot or cold drink.

Getting my hair done on a monthly basis is always a great experience. The salon is always so inviting. Stylist/Therapists are all so nice and friendly. They also make a smashing coffee. I would recommend Retsons Hair & Beauty to anyone. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I have thick, long hair and so many hairdressers have struggled to cut it well but Miles is truly exceptional. He understands how to work with my hair’s texture and weight, and it’s the best it has looked in years. I constantly get compliments on how healthy and thick it looks, and that’s all down to his skill and technique. Couldn’t recommend him more.
