I’ve been going to the Ashbourne salon for some time and when Rosie left I decided to follow her to the Uttoxeter salon. I like how Rosie does my hair yet both times I’ve been she has been significantly late with previous clients, 30-40 mins on both occasions which is not good given the extra travel time I’m now making to the salon. My last appointment at Ashbourne was exactly the same and I wasn’t seen for an age. On all 3 occasions there has been no front of house/apprentice, so that has impacted on the service I’ve received. I found myself getting quite stressed after the 3rd time in a row. Rosie did her best but it’s clear there was little time to prepare for my appointment eg foils not ready and larger sheets being ripped as going on my hair.
