Lovely experience as usual, my only issue is the shower head on the back wash. Although Cheryl tries her best to stop the unruly spray, I still find my face gets quite wet.

First my hair was coloured by Rosie, who was so lovely and has matched up my colour beautifully.
Then Paula styled my hair. I had had several very poor cuts and it’s going to take a few months to get it back to the style I want. She explained step by step what she was doing and already it is much better. Also she was a lovely person.

I love Francesco's in Uttoxeter as the stylists are all so friendly, funny and know their stuff. Rosie listened before she applied the colour and the wash was amazing. The head massage should be longer and added as an extra....well worth extra charge.
Megan did the cut & dry and as always looked after me , and my hair it absolutely amazing. I don't go for fancy styles as I'm boring like that but my hair always looks the business when I have been Francesco's.
