Always the best experience and results with Fern! Fern always talks through what we are going to do and makes sure I’m 100% happy before we start as well as always checking I’m comfortable or if I need anything. I’ve never been so happy with my hair until I came here. Everyone in the salon is so lovely and welcoming. The salon itself is always clean and tidy. I love coming here, I’m always so amazed my the results of my hair. I couldn’t recommend the salon or Fern more! ❤️

Did exactly what I asked for

Today I had my hair cut and styled by Olivia and I was very impressed. She was so friendly and chatty. My hair looks and feels amazing. She did exactly what I wanted and she did such a good cut. I will definitely be returning. I also had my hair washed by another lady (I think her name was Liv but I could be wrong) who washed my hair thoroughly and gave the best head massage! Thank you KH Tutbury!

From my first visit to now, Sophie has had a collaborative approach to my variably curly hair, including frequently adapting her cut to my feedback. My best hair dresser (being 50, I’ve had a few).

Olivia always makes me feel special. Daisy seated me, got me a drink and is always so lovely and friendly. I then had a cut and blow dry with Olivia and she always does the best job !! Takes such care with my curly hair and blowdry's it perfectly! Highly recommend her !

I always go to fern, she’s always friendly and I always walk away with fresh looking hair.

My hair was desperately in need of a cut and colour. Sophie hadn’t cut my hair before, but she gave it a lovely shape ( short cut). I had root colour, which is a lovely shade. Sophie paid a lot of attention to the cut and was very friendly. Also credit to Daisy for a fantastic head massage
