Olivia did a fantastic job lightening and toning my hair. Came into the salon feeling lacklustre and left with a huge smile and feeling like a got a little piece of me back.

Excellent customer service as Olivia rang when she had a cancellation so I could pull my appointment forward.
Olivia has done an amazing job colouring my hair from dull lacklustre brown to the most amazing warm blonde, the colour is perfect.
She has not only done an amazing job with my hair but has chatted with me and listened .
I have left the salon with a huge smile and feel as though I’ve got a little bit of myself back.

Sophie is a skilled hairdresser who has adapted cutting techniques to suit my variably curly hair and keeps achieving my best haircuts ever.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiley faces and made to feel welcome. My little one isn't great at having his hair done but Fern got him to sit lovely and worked with him, resulting in a great big boy haircut. The ladies at KH hair all made me and my children feel so comfortable and would definitely go back again.

As usual I had a few hours of being looked after by Sophie. I’m really pleased with the colour and the cut and came out of the salon very happy. Thank you Sophie and to the rest of the girls who are always so friendly.

I was a loyal client for years and I didn’t have many problems before. However this time was much different. I complained about the result of my hair as I asked for a darker copper colour and ended up with orange hair and uneven roots. Imagine spending so much money for a professional service and being asked if I bleached it myself. I was told that because I left “happy” I wouldn’t get a full refund?? Like I had a choice considering I was told I would get the colour I wanted by washing it out at home even though I asked for a darker copper colour and washing it out makes it lighter… Completely misled by this stylist and was charged more than we agreed even though she knew I wasn’t happy with the colour as she told me she knew it’s not what I wanted- hence why she sent me home just advising I washed it to make it better. Only got a refund for the toner which was nothing in compensation compared to the shockingly poor result of my hair- just before holiday too I might add! So I had to fix it myself as I had no choice and lost all trust in this stylist - ended up using box dye because who would want to go away with orange hair. On top of this I was told after I complained that she had told me during my appointment that the colour was not achievable? This is absolutely not the case otherwise I would have asked for an achievable colour! Additionally, I was told by a hairdresser elsewhere that the colour was absolutely achievable as it was darker than what I had on my head and that this stylist just messed up. Appalled by this service. Also, extremely shocked to find this stylist and hair page blocked me on Instagram!! Completely immature and unprofessional! I emphasised the emotional distress she caused and she could not have cared less, gave me the smallest refund and blocked me! Shocking.

Came in for Lydia doing some training, everyone was really nice and welcoming, Lydia did brilliantly and I was really happy with my hair cut, also Olivia was a really good trainer correcting Lydia when she was slightly off whilst also be really friendly and kind.
