My 4 year old daughter was very excited to show me her new hair after her visit. She is always happy to sit and let Chesca do her hair with no quarrels. Chesca is fantastic at talking to my daughter and letting her choose what she wants done (within reason). My daughter has rated chesca as "100 good!" Which in 4 year old speak we think means great 👍

The salon and particularly Cesca are so accommodating when my son needs a haircut. As a family we all use this salon, and it is because they are so friendly and professional. Special mention to Laura who also cut my daughters hair beautifully during the same visit

I have been going to Francesco Church Lane for many years and would never consider going anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They always take time to find out what you want, never assuming that its ' just the usual '. Chesca is an amazing colourist, especially for someone like me who is quite nervous about colouring my hair. It always looks completely natural, just enhanced and healthy, just as I want. Cannot fault the salon in any way.

Kerry is always friendly and makes you feel at ease. Very much a professional. An excellent hairdresser.

Hi everyone today I revisited the salon in church lane, after moving away from Stafford 36 years ago, . Kerry was my hair stylist back then when my hair was black today my hair is silver and the salon hasn’t lost its warm friendly atmosphere, it was lovely to catch up with lost time, and Kerry certainly hasn’t lost his touch with cutting my fine fly away hair into a lovely soft feminine style.

The stylist was a fairly new addition to the stylists here. She was running late (- and said she had been all day.), and was clearly struggling to manage her time effectively.
She appeared to understand how I wanted my hair done (ie shorter at the back, with medium length layers on the top and sides). However, what I’ve had done seemed to be step-down layers which are far shorter than desired or requested, and have given me a “hedgehog” cut all over the top. I am struggling to style it in any decent way due to it having been cut too short (-certainly a lot shorter than I asked for; and I’d asked for “layered” not a “step-down” cut).
This was a disappointing experience, especially as I’m now struggling to know how to style it until it grows out.
This is a rare poor experience in an otherwise high quality salon. I will continue to go to this salon, but unlikely to that stylist.

From the time I walked through the door of the salon to the time I left I felt thoroughly spoilt! From the care taken with the washing and conditioning to the cut/styling and drying whole process excellent as usual - many thanks!

Always made to feel welcome. First time had Genma cut my hair. Used to be Ben but he left earlier in the year. Gemma was lovely. Well pleased with how she cut my hair. Loveky, bubbly person.
