Cried when I got home my hair was ruined . Gave her a photo of coloured highlights and cut I wanted . The colour was more grey and pink nothing like blonde she was shown and cut she just kept cutting away till nothing left on one side and flat to my head . Will never go back into the shop again
My Daughter absolutely loves having her haircut by Libby. She always has time to talk to Ella about school and what she's been up to? Libby is patient and doesn't rush Ella so she can cut her hair straight away.
