Always a pleasure to go to the salon
I chose to cut my mid length hair into a short choppy style today and in addition needed a refresh to my colour. Jacqui did an amazing cut identical to the style I was after and Natalie adapted my colour to the cut. Both Jacqui and Natalie sat with me beforehand and advised me the best plan for my type of hair. They are attentive, honest and really care about you as a person. They make you feel that you are more than a client to them and really take a pride in what they do. I love my new hair! Xx

To be really honest I wouldn't go anywhere else for advice and haircuts.
I previously frequented a high street big name hairdressers but didn't find either myself or other customers were treated with respect. Francesco staff are all different and so pleasant to everyone that comes through their doors.
I value the advice from Natalie before embarking on a new style.

I don’t know what’s happened to this hairdressers but everyone seemed miserable. The person who did my hair didn’t listen or even try to understand what I wanted . Throughout the whole 2 hours I was there she didn’t speak once. I walked out after and went straight to somewhere else and booked in there.
