From the moment you walk into the salon to when you leave you are smothered in professionalism. Everyone is so friendly. If you get offered a head massage……take it! It just adds that extra pampering onto your visit.
Giles is a bundle of fun whilst he listens to what you want from your visit and takes it all on board. The ambiance in the salon is busy but friendly. Would recommend anyone to go here

I came on a model night (Thursday evening) and I am very happy with my cut and the service I received. Viki was great and very attentive in supporting her student.

Regular trim with James. Always an enjoyable visit. I always have a coffee and a head massage with my conditioner application and I got £10 off this visit with my birthday voucher which is a great reward for regular customers and appreciated

As always Donya made me feel comfortable and gave great advice. I really like the cut and finish.

Very pleased with haircut today with James. Wasn't sure what I wanted at first but after discussing options I am happy with the result.

I wanted a more up to date, lighter style and I got that and more. It is beautifully cut and I have received lots of great feedback. Donya has got to know me and my hair so well over the years and I have total faith in her skills.

I've used this salon for many years and I've never been disappointed with my hair cut or colour. I use two colourists, Phoebe and Steph, and they are both excellent whilst James cuts my hair in a style that suits my hair type and that is easy to maintain

In a terrible mess with my hair! Too much bleach and over processing has turned it into a straw bale. Kavita was patient and understanding as well as knowledgeable. Looking forward to starting a new journey with her.

Got exactly what I wanted going from long hair to short with helpful advice and a friendly experience.

Giles is a great guy, really knows his stuff and is a magician with the scissors. Not only that but the bonhomie factor is high meaning you'll also end up having a very good chat.

Fab.. hope they can sort my hair colour out for me..

I always enjoy my visit to Keith Hall. All the staff are super Friendly and welcoming. I have been having my highlights by Steph for many years & would not go anywhere else, she does a fantastic job. Thanks to all the staff, Sally.

I have been a customer here for over 10 years and now my children are grown they choose to come here also . We all see James and value his expertise and trust him 100% with his advice on styling our hair ! The other staff are very friendly and welcoming too and the salon is always bright and kept very clean..

After a relaxing shampoo and head massage by Lauren, I had an excellent cut and blowdry by Kavita. She knows my hair so well!

Had a great time, good advice, friendly and I was well looked after. Always enjoy coming to get my hair done.

Instantly felt comfortable Kavita listened and understood what I asked for.

First visit with Giles, he listened to what I wanted and put me at ease, cutting my
hair exactly how i wanted it, felt as if I'd been going to him for years. All staff were very welcoming and I will definitely go back.
