As usual, really pleased with hair cut and styling 😊

Today, more than ever I felt that Kavita had really given me a lift mentally, as well as making my hair look and feel fantastic! She never fails. Thanks Kavita love xxx

Absolutely lovely experience! She was so friendly and welcoming, really listened to what I wanted, and I’m so happy with the results. It’s lovely to find a hairdresser who listens and makes you feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️✂️

Fabulous colour with Phoebe and another excellent cut with James

Just amazing, lovely atmosphere in the salon, everyone was very friendly and I love the haircut Kavita has done for me! Thank you!

Really pleased with my hair I was a little nervous about changing my hair stylist because I'd been going to my previous salon for 15 years, but due to personal reasons needed to find a new stylist and salon in lichfield. I did my research on the internet because I wanted style and colour and the reviews were good. I visted the salon for a consultation and met lovely Donya and Phoebe who listened and advised me. I left the consultation feeling confident. I had my hair done yesterday, both colour and styled and love it. Lovely salon and happy friendly staff. The attention given was exceptional. Phoebe the colour artist and Donya the stylist worked closely together. Think I've found my new hairdressers. Thank you 😊

I have Lauren .
She’s so good and friendly and delivers exactly what I asked .

Amazing as always, love sugar you do

Perfect cut and colour in peaceful surroundings

I have fine straight hair which is n’t the easiest to manage. Giles just cuts it so, so well, and has helped me find the right style for my hair. I would also add that Steph who colours my hair is just a brilliant at her job.
All the staff are so friendly and professional.

Lovely to see Donya again and catch up after a good few years and both Donya and Phoebe looked after me well.

My first cut by James and won’t be my last. Listened carefully to what I wanted and then did a really good cut. Very welcoming

James is ever professional but always with a personal approach

Absolutely love my hair! I felt really listened to from the moment I sat down, and she completely understood what I wanted. She also advised me on what she thought would look best, and I trusted her expert knowledge completely. She was so friendly and professional throughout and did such an amazing job. I left feeling so happy with it🥰 All fresh and prepped for my hen do next week. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Had an excellent visit . Welcomed and given good advice

Always leave the salon with a fabulous colour & cut.

After a great shampoo and head massage I had my haircut. As usual, both were excellent and I feel great again. Best decision I ever made coming to this Salon well over 20 years ago. I would not go anywhere else. Why would I!

Phoebe did a wonderful updo for me. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend

James always listens and understands my hair. Another fabulous cut, thank you.

Professional and friendly staff.
Really pleased with cut and blow dry.

Phoebe is always so bubbly and a joy to spend time chatting to…a great asset to the salon.

Always a treat to see James and have hair cut. Thank you.

I was really unhappy with the condition of my hair and together with Donya’s absolutely wonderful cutting techniques I am now delighted with my new look. My hair looks and feels 100% healthier
Thank you again Donya

Giles has looked after my hair for many years and he always does a fantastic job. I always feel a million dollars after a visit to the salon.

Another great visit. Well looked after and good advise given as always

Always happy with how my hair is cut and blow dried and the staff are always happy and pleasant.

I had Phoebe for highlights and Donya for my cut today. Excellent service as usual. Both stylists were professional and friendly, listened to what I asked for and I’m thrilled with the results.

That comment refers to the haircut and blow-dry that Kavita has given me today, not to myself! She always makes me feel beautiful because of the excellent job she does with my hair.

Steph is professional & friendly, I'm always delighted with my hair when she has coloured it

Great hair cut again today. Donya knows just how to tame my hair!

Donya is a fantastic stylist I always come out feeling great

Thanks to Steph, who as always gave me a great treatment today. I have highlights normally with Steph, I have been coming to the Salon for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The lovely lady that shampooed me (sorry I can’t remember her name) is always great too- she gives the best head massages ever! All the staff are very pleasant and helpful and always make it a nice visit. Thanks KH team. Sally x

Fabulous cut as always, love visiting the salon, everyone is really friendly.

Love my hair, fabulous as ever. Thank you!

Excellent haircut and trim of eyebrows and ears. Not rushed. Coffee provided.

Donya cut my 14 year old daughter’s hair recently and did a fantastic job. My daughter had previously had a negative experience with another salon and had left her frightened of getting her hair cut. Donya was aware of this made her feel completely at ease and gave her such a good cut and style. Thank you Donya xxxx
