Wonderful as always polite professional nothing too much trouble !! Pleasure to be at the salon 😊

It was a first professional haircut for my daughter and staff made feel very comfortable with a smile on her face all the way through.
She had an amazing “ beauty treatment “ from a hair wash, head massage till blow dry! At the end my daughter said that it was amazing and end up with a happy dance.x
Beautiful young lady name Lexi, training to be a hairdresser made my daughter feeling very special that day so thank you x

Giles always does a great job. Phoebe too was great. We had a good discussion prior to my colour, her professional advice was thorough & welcome.

I have been bringing my mum for her hair to be done for a number of years now. She always gets great advice and enjoys her experience! Thank you for being kind to her and making her feel a princess. At 87y she rarely does anything for herself, and this really does make her feel special. I appreciate everyone being patient with her too-so thank you team 🙂

Kavita is always excellent with my haircut and blow dry. Today I was a little breathless, due to my asthma being affected by the weather. But I was offered a hot drink and told to sit and enjoy it. That settled my breathlessness, thankfully. I apologise as I was brought another after my shampoo and I think I forgot to drink it. Very silly of me xx

Kavita has been my stylist for many years now and I couldn't be more pleased with her talent.
My hair is very fine and not the easiest to do but Kavita really is amazing.
The staff are always welcoming too.

Always look forward to going to KH Lichfield. All staff friendly and welcoming. Giles just ‘gets it’ when it comes to my hair. I wouldn’t normally care about my appearance (I’m an average busy bloke with longer than average hair), but everyone comments on how good my hair looks for weeks after a cut by Giles.

Kavita always listens and understands the look I’m trying to achieve. She explains colour options etc. The rest of the salon staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a good experience from start to finish.

I had my cut and colour with Giles and Phoebe as usual.Aways very pleased with the result .

Used this saloon for a least 18yrs but first time Giles has cut & styled my hair. He used curls & waves WOW I looked 10yrs younger. Very pleased with my new style.

Can’t recommend these ladies enough Donya and Phoebe did an amazing job with my hair to say I’m happy is an understatement
