Both Steph & Giles are fabulous. Steph is a brilliant colourist, initially taking time to talk through options of wsrm/cool colours. She's focused on every detail to deliver a fabulous outcome. Giles has cut my hair 30+ years and is a magician with his scissors. Warm, welcoming, attentive. Highly recommend KH Lichfield.

Always friendly excellent service

First visit in 2 years, due to hair extensions being recently removed- & it was absolutely heavenly! My hair is very naturally curly & wild, but needs gentle care due to having extensions for such a long time.
Lauren was very kind & attentive, giving my scalp & hair a much needed treatment & trim. Very happy to be back in such capable hands & my favourite salon.

Regular trim with James today. Always very good at advising me and taking off the minimum length as I am growing my hair. Scalp massage during conditioning is a real treat and I went for a wavy finish rather than my usual straight for a change.
