Having my hair done is not one of my favourite pastimes like it is for some women however, as ever the team at Lichfield Francescos make the experience a fun welcoming one with time flying and amazing results.

Great haircut! Lauren always does an perfect job and is a pleasure to talk to.
Harriet listened and brightened my blonde. Overall happy with my hair. It wasn’t a relaxing experience today (or on my last visit) gave me the feeling of conveyor belt with every min accounted for whilst I appreciate this as a business model sadly it’s not for me as the sensory experience was discombobulating.
Harriet is always so kind and welcoming.
She cuts and styles my hair with confidence and expertise. She creates a calm and relaxed environment which I appreciate.

Fab experience with Lexi , my hair was amazing felt great.
Thanks lexi will highly recommend her. However I do think the cost! ! Is so over . Nothing Tonton with lexi as she’s the reason why I returned .
Think Fransco should look at prices as Lichfield is full of hairdressers or good deals like a course of blow dry and receive one free.
Overall salon beautiful receptionist fab and really helpful.
