I do feel that the prices have gone ridiculous though. I’ve been coming to Francesco for years but unfortunately going to have to look for an alternative, £95 for roots , toner and blow dry just seems very steep when I know I can get a lot cheaper. I’ll be very sad to go but needs must.

This was the first time Jenna had cut my hair and at short notice as my normal hairdresser had to leave the salon at short notice just before I was due for my appointment. Jenna was great and paid an extreme amount of detail to ensuring I was completely happy with my hair. I was very happy with the way she cut and styled my hair.

Personal care and attention to any allergies or sensitivities with products. Staff at francescos are friendly and hospitable. Harriet listened and brightened my blonde. Overall happy with my hair. It wasn’t a relaxing experience today (or on my last visit) gave me the feeling of conveyor belt with every min accounted for whilst I appreciate this as a business model sadly it’s not for me as the sensory experience was discombobulating.
