Had my haircut by Steph and couldn’t be happier with the result! She was incredibly professional, took the time to understand what I wanted, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The cut looks great and I’ve had loads of compliments already. Highly recommend Steph if you're after a quality cut and a relaxed experience.

This is a big expense for me, but the care, attention, knowledge, and atmosphere are 2nd to none, it’s self help, therapy, counselling and much more! I can leave everything to the stylist, for years it’s been her hair not mine, one less thing to worry about!

As usual I was very happy with my hair today. Always a very good cut and style that suits my hair and feels right. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I enjoy the coffee too.

I’ve been going to Francescos Hanley for about 20 years now and been seeing Michelle for probably 15 years and every time I go she knows exactly what I want doing, no matter how bad I describe it and every time I come away super happy! She is always so friendly, as are all the staff there and the whole experience is just wonderful. I can’t see me ever stopping going to Francescos or ever going anywhere else to have my hair done.

I’ve been coming to this salon for around 6 years now. All the girls who work there are lovely. I always feel at ease and leave the salon feeling great. Frankie never fails to deliver with my hair every time. She listens to what I would like and will offer her advice too which I appreciate. There’s nowhere else I’d go for my hair.

After a thorough consultation, Fiona knew exactly what I wanted for my hair -same as usual!! Love the head massage during the shampoo. Fiona always cuts my hair perfectly , so good it stays in shape ,no matter how long it grows, until the next time I'm booked in the salon . Always enjoy our chats ,too . The salon is comfortable with a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Oh and I love the coffee ,too .
