Im really pleased with my experience at francesco, I had my hair coloured for the first time and im really really happy with it. Thankyou frankie you did an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back and definitely recommend.

As always it’s a pleasure to have my hair cut by Steph she is so lovely, all the staff make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door.

I was made welcome from the moment I called in to see if I could get a appointment
On ly waited around 10 mins and was seen by Michelle who was amazing my hair was done beautiful I can't thank her enough for making me feel so relaxed

First appointment with Frankie today, I usually hate going to the hairdresser but this was a very enjoyable experience! I felt comfortable and was made to feel very welcome. Thank you so much and see you next time.

Frankie did another wonderful cut for me today. She was ready and waiting for me as I arrived and immediately got me settled and asked if I'd like a drink, we caught up briefly and she asked me what I'd like from her today, she listened well and gave helpful input and advice to suit me and my hair. She is always very friendly and efficient and I've always been very happy with her work. Today in particular I think she's done a wonderful job.

As usual I had extremely good service from Jackie and Frankie.
I have been coming to Jackie for over 30 years and she now has to do my hair in a style that suits my current hair loss problem.Jackie also gave me some very valuable advice re the above problem. I was very pleased with the result of her work and that of Frankie’s who did my colour. I am always welcomed warmly when I attend.

I was almost dreading going in because of today’s temperature! But the salon was nice and cool, I was given good advice and the outcome was superb as always!

I needed a colour correction I was advised to pop in to see what could be done then made an appointment for next week and I’m absolutely delighted thank you so much Steph and Fiona I love it

1st visit to the salon to have my long hair taken off to a bob style. Frankie made me feel completely at ease. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered expert advice, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Cutting off that much hair can feel nerve-wracking, but Frankie’s calm, professional, and enthusiastic approach turned it into an exciting experience. Have booked again for a trim in 8 weeks time as recommended. I have not used the salon before but every member of staff is super friendly, overall a superb visit :)

Absolutely brilliant. I've been going for a few years and this young woman gives me the most fantastic cuts, dyes, styles etc. All the team are friendly, caring and fun. The surroundings are tranquil and jolly in equal measure. The head massage is ace. Cannot rate it highly enough. I can afford it about twice a year which with my thin hair is enough. This stylist makes it look full, bouncy and glossy which is a major miracle 😀

Wow!!!!! What a fantastic and friendly group of ladies.
All so very friendly, made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked into the salon.(this is a big thing for me as I am very conscious and struggle with change)
They gave me the colour and style I’ve been trying to achieve for a very long time.
