Absolutely amazing head massage while my hair was washed, then perfect volumed blow dry , I have long hair and didn’t even need the straightener’s on my hair once blow dried , loved it so much xx so welcoming all the staff ?

I love that Dan doesn’t mind taking a bit more time to ensure the process is all done to a high standard. No rushing about, just a good experience overall.

I went in earlier today to get a blonde ice cool balayage and this is not what I got, the front pieces were overtoned and purple and the colour does not match the reference picture that I gave, I asked for a bright ice blonde and it is more brown then blonde. Also had to wait in between for over half an hour to get my hair blow dryed. Not impressed even though he was a very lovely man.

Very relaxing experience having my root colour and cut this afternoon . Gavin had already checked the colour i was having from my previous colour and i was more than happy with the colour . Had a few inches off my hair which i was very pleased with .
Always very confident that Gavin will do as i ask and always checks that i am pleased with the results . Very professional and puts you at ease .Enjoyable couple of hours . Staff very attentive and always ask if i want a drink .

Just a fringe trim needed but turned into a test by booking a salon wash and blow dry too, along with a mood lifting curl with tongs, ready for going to a hen do. Gavin worked magic.

Whole team where Happy pleasent and polite professional, helpful and thoughtful amazing talent from all of the team. Very happy with my colour and style.
