What a wonderful hair appointment I had today, I suffer from a lot of hair thinning and I was given a style that really looks fabulous and brilliant advice on products that will help

I had half heads foils, with a cut and finish. Fliss did a fabulous colour, and Che did a fabulous cut and finish. Really pleased, lovely girls, and great salon.

I had such a lovely experience getting my nails done here! The girls are so friendly and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I arrived. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect and really paid attention to detail.

I’m so happy with how my nails turned out—they look absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I’ll definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and gorgeous results!

Adam was really good—what can I say! He did exactly what I asked for. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was excellent.

Came in today for a Simple Wash and hair cut all the staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival. Once I was cloaked up ready for the hair wash I was made comfortable and my stylist checked the water temperature was OK which it was. After the wash I was moved over for the cut and style and again not once was I made to feel out of place so 10 out 10 stars from me. My stylist did a wonderful job and I am so happy with all services provided

After a bit of a disastrous haircut elsewhere I booked in with Adam for a consultation. He listened and understood my requirements and we came up with a plan, across a few visits, to get my hair back to where I’d like it to be. He then did a fab cut and blow dry giving me a much better shape and manageable style to work with. Hayley was also consulted for some hair extensions for a special event I have coming up in the summer. I left feeling like I was now in safe hands. Thank you team WoW.

Popped in on the off-chance I could get a last minute appointment. So I was fortunate that Adam had only started the day before after relocating from Australia and is building his clientèle. Well, lucky me! I wanted a long flicked bob and showed Adam some pictures of how I hoped it would turn out. He took everything I said on board and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I even got a "WOW" from my husband ! Going back in 2 weeks for a colour and a to be shown another way to style my new bob. Highly recommend.

Adam was fantastic. Listened to exactly what I wanted. Help put my hair strand to the right colour after the sun had damaged it. Took his time to get my hair to the style I asked for. I will definitely be using Adam regularly. Very friendly

I was looking forward to getting my hair cut at Wow in Codsall as I had seen good reviews about the service & friendly atmosphere. In truth it was awful, the only friendly one there was the young female who made me a drink! My hair has been cut badly & it only took half an hour for her to cut & dry it. She was not interested at all. I was totally embarrassed & couldn’t wait to get out of there! I have had to go elsewhere to have it put right. I will never go there again & will never recommend this salon to anyone!

Today had a French Manicure done very well by Ashleigh. As long as the nails stay on that will please me even more, owing to the expense of repairs.
So far so good!
