I have never been to have my hair coloured at a hairdresser until today. Dan was exceptional, I was scared but Dan put me at ease and made it a fantastic experience. I was informed every step of the way of what was happening. My hair looks great. Thank you very much. I know I will visit again.

Amy has been my hairdresser for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

As always a few hours at WOW is always a few hours well spent all the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble … 2nd appointment with Daniel who’s taking my hair on a bit of a journey from red as red can be to blonde and today an added pink toner . I absolutely love it look forward to what we can be done next

Dan has been my stylist for a fair few months now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dan always listens to what I’m looking for and is realistic with the expectations/maintenance/advice, always putting in his best efforts and I leave the salon so happy with the result and excited for my next new do! I was recommended by my sister and will continue to recommend him to anyone especially anyone looking for an amazing hair colour transformation!

My daughters hair looks amazing . She is only 12 and wanted 90s layers as she called it . Daniel was amazing he talked her through every step and even explained to her how to blow dry without having to use straighteners . I had my hair done for the first time from this salon, I was a little skeptical at first because I have stuck with the same salon for over a decade however I have no regrets changing it from today. My hair dresser was Dan he took me through a consultation which gave us an opportunity to discuss hair goals and what was achievable. As he was going through the process of my hair he explained each stage which I appreciated a lot. Dan also gave me good advice regarding maintenance of hair and what products will work well for my hair and what to avoid which is always good to know. Overall my experience at wow hair codsall was really good, the customer service was brilliant and I was extremely happy with my hair, I don’t usually write reviews but I had to because I was really impressed. I would definitely recommend :D x

The most welcoming and warming person to do my beauty.
I let ash choose whatever she wanted to do with my nails and they ended up the prettiest.
She also sorted my eyebrows and I had a lash lift and walked out like a different person.
