Revisited the salon 2nd time, salon was very busy with a happy vibe. Greeted sat down, had a discussion and offered a drink . Enjoyed the head massage, and the products used were divine.

Popped in to the salon on the off chance and there was an appointment available. (I didn’t ask for anyone in particular) . Dan was friendly and listened to what I wanted. He did an excellent job, styling my hair exactly the way i wanted, especially my fringe, which I’m very fussy about.

Amy is a great stylist with a lovely personality. It is a pleasure having her cut and style my hair for me.

This was my first time at the salon having my nails done and my first ever time having my lashes done, Ashleigh was great. She done a lovely job on my nails, when it came to my lashes I was a but nervous due to never having them done before, she explained the whole process and aftercare made me feel so comfortable, overall she made my first experience a great one and would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back again!

Gavin is my new go-to hairdresser. I wanted a blunt bob with a full fringe and that was exactly what I got! It didn't feel like my first visit as Gavin was so welcoming and friendly. Very happy.

Jess is absolutely fantastic, it was my first visit to the salon after years of not wanting to have my hair cut after a bad experience elsewhere years ago, Jess has smashed it! I love my hair so much, I will definitely be back!

I visited the salon for the very first time last week after randomly messaging on Instagram. I popped in for a chat, I felt at ease explaining I don’t get my hair cut often, I have really noticed a change in how thin my hair is. We came up with a plan.. I then went in on Thursday evening after work to have my skin test for my colour, they were friendly then as I did just pop in. They got me in for a cut and colour, really happy with the colour. Jess styled my hair with some really nice wavy curls! I’m really looking forward to having hair extensions! Great atmosphere! Lovely staff.

As usual my hair cut is great. Just what I asked for. Friendly and efficient.

The overall hair couloring technique was good, it just wasn't the colour I wanted. As I wanted bright blonde and it was a lot more duller than I had hoped for

Welcome was missing a welcome. Sat down with no discussion, was left in the chair for ten minutes.

Finally stylist came back to me, and spoke a little. Hair wash was lacking a message. Few finger tips to temples .

Felt awkward most of the time in the seat. Staff had no morale . Everyone looked miserable and like they didn’t want to be there . I was not offered a drink. No music heard playing, so quietness was awful.

Asked for a blow dry, curled. Only last 30 minutes. Such a disappointment. It may be local, as a salon but it was such a drab experience. Thank god I had my holiday to go on the next day .

Had a different stylist due to an illness I got listened to and time was taken to do my hair how I asked. Thank you.
