At Boyd’s we love what we do and are passionate about making you look and feel fantastic. We take enormous pride in our friendly, relaxed and attentive approach from the moment you walk in to the salon to the moment you leave.

Our stylists and colour technicians are some of the best, and to ensure we maintain our high standards the team are constantly updating their cutting, styling and colour techniques, this combined with a dedicated passion for our craft enables us to provide the highest level of service to all our clients.

Emma sorts my hair out. My hair is challenging with it being frizzy and neither here nor there with waves. I am not brilliant with styling and Emma gives me a great cut that even I can manage. Everyone is so friendly too making you feel welcome. Highly recommended

I have used this salon for years and have always found it warm, friendly and relaxed. The service delivered and end result, are of a very high standard. This, coupled with the knowledge, experience and expertise of the staff, provides a reassurance to the customer that you are in safe hands. Nothing is too much trouble. I have often recommended the salon to friends and family.
I was particularly happy with my most recent visit. I felt both listened to, and understood, and I am extremely happy with the results.

It was my third time going to Boyd’s and Shell has done an amazing job getting my hair how I want it in just 2 sessions! The staff always talk you through what they are going to do, so you get exactly what you want. Emma R cut my hair for the third time and I love the results, she always does an incredible job and is the friendliest person! All the staff are friendly and welcoming!

As always, Emma made me feel comfortable straight away and did an amazing job on my hair, taking into consideration I had a migraine and couldn’t take a lot of touch on one side of my head.
