We were surprised to hear your experience , Although I do understand that you have lost some confidence. I do believe that given the opportunity, you will be more than satisfied with the high standard of hairdressing and customer care we aim to provide at all our salons all the time.
We would very much like for you to visit the salon for an assessment in order to address how to remedy any issues you have. However, if you would like to visit a different TONI&GUY salon then I would be happy to arrange this for you. If you would like to let me know which branches are convenient for you to visit, I will make the necessary arrangements.
