Great hairdressers but rude manager

I’ve been coming here for 10 years and everyone at the salon is always so friendly, however today I was appalled at the tone and manner used to address members of staff by the manager. Barking orders at staff whilst they are busy with clients. Despite this it was still an enjoyable experience and as always my hair was cut and styled beautifully.

I have been concerned over the past year or so that the salon experience was not what I expect from T&G. It was only my loyalty to Lisa and her excellent work and professional attitude that has made me continue to re book
It was good to see some improvements today e.g new crockery and teapot on tray, up to date magazines etc. The salon had begun to look rather run down recently.
I hope these improvements continue, especially as the staff are great
