The Avenue

I travel from London to The Avenue because I trust the team to do exact what I want while also offering their professional opinion. Such a lovely team and nothing is too much trouble for them. The salon is lovely as well and products used are great and they show you how to use them at home if you buy any and it's all at a great price! No where else I'll go!

Small salon with friendly staff. Probably not the cheapest around but worth it for the quality. Would recommend, especially for classic styles (not sure if they do edgy!)

Love my hair, loved the head massage great service. Would recommend friendly salon and Victoria the stylist I had. Paid £90 for full head high lights, colour with the left over bits, toner and cut and finish At 50% off which I think is good value. If this deal was not on think it would be a bit over priced if it was full price. High standard work on my hair though

I had a great haircut from James today. I don't get my haircut very regularly but had a very thorough and non-judgemental chat about the condition of my hair, how I usually style it etc and how I wanted it cut. In the end I came away with the perfect haircut - couldn't have asked for anything better. The staff were really friendly and though they do offer some add on products there's no strong sell or pressure to buy anything. I really like the avenue's service, will definitely go back.

Since leaving Sheffield I still come back to get my hair cut with Victoria-I can't find anyone else as good! Everyone at The Avenue is so friendly and I can always trust I'm gonna get a great haircut.

A fantastic team of stylists that always make you feel welcome and comfortable. They listen to what you want and always deliver a great cut. If you are looking for a new salon, I would recommend the Avenue!

I had my first visit to The Avenue a few days ago and was thoroughly impressed! The consultation was really detailed & I felt like Victoria really understood my hair & what I wanted very quickly! Then came the neck massage - amazing! From start to finish I felt like I received the best service, staff were really friendly & I actually learnt a lot about looking after my hair more to keep it in good condition. Have already recommended the salon to several friends & will definitely be visiting again!

As usual absolutely outstanding service. Amy did my consultation and even though I'm quite indecisive with these things she was patient and understanding and I never felt rushed. Even though it was just a consultation! She offered great advice. This is why I come back year after year to this salon.

Another brilliant visit to the avenue. Recently tried another salon nearby as my stylist Charlie was fully booked but came straight back to the avenue. The customer service just didn't compare. Genuinely the most friendly, professional salon I've ever been to, and I've been to a few. And of course the haircut is brilliant. Thank you guys

First time in the avenue and it was a great experience from The moment I walked in. All the staff were very friendly. My hair dresser Charlie was brilliant, taking on board what I wanted and making sure I was ok with it every step of the way. Will definitely be returning.

I wanted to go from a blonde colour to a brown and my hairdresser spoke through a consultation with me to get me exactly what I was looking for, they were helpful and friendly and the end result looks brilliant!

I booked in with a cut and style with Victoria. She was great to chat to and gave me a wonderful aromatherapy head massage to start off. I am really happy with the cut and I really appreciated the consultation. The whole experience was really relaxing and thorough and I felt like I was given a lot of time and not at all rushed. I also got a 50% discount as a first time customer, which made it great value too.

I just got home from getting my hair cut at the avenue (i think by amy, sorry if ive just made that name up!) And its lovely :) they really take time to chat to you about your hair, you get a head massage as part of your treatment and to top it off they also give you free samples!

The quality of service in this salon is the highest I've ever experienced. Amy's professionalism and her genuine kindness made the radical chop I went for much less nerve-wrecking than I expected. This is only my second visit to the Avenue but Bryony has always done my highlights perfectly, she has picked great colours as to make sure my hair doesn't look stripy or un-natural. All the staff are really lovely and making having your hair done throughly enjoyable!

Made an appointment with Victoria taking advantage of the 50 percent new customer discount on offer. I wanted a complete restyle from shoulder length to quite short and Victoria took her time to listen to my ideas and offered her own opinions, the end result was fantastic! I'm over the moon with my new look and I've had no end of complementary comments from friends and family. I will definitely be returning.

I've been to this salon a number of times over the past couple of years, since finding it via a Groupon type voucher. Briony is absolutely fantastic and knows how to cut curly hair (a rare thing!). Despite having moved away from Sheffield I try and visit every few months to get my hair cut here as it's that good.

I travel up from manchester as Charlie at the Avenue is the only hairdresser I trust! She takes me from brassy to classy and keeps my hair healthy and shiny which is difficult for us blondes!
