It's always a lovely treat to have my hair done at The Avenue, fab new fresh haircut and colour and Mollie is always super friendly

if you want to leave a salon feeling like the baddest, hottest b*tch on the planet then you need to go to the avenue and ask for Mollie. Honestly. Two of my exes tried to get back with me after she finished my hair. No lie.

Lee service is 10*. He is warm, patient and explains everything thoroughly. He is diligent and very knowledgeable at what he does. I highly recommend a visit salon for treatments they offers - you won't be disappointed.

I always look forward to my visit to the Avenue it really is a treat and Mollie is such a lovely person nothing is too much trouble for her she always gives 100%.

First time at the salon today. Service from Lee was excellent. Thoroughly explained everything & made me feel right at ease straight away, really friendly & personable and great customer service. Felt totally relaxed and well informed every step of the way. Made the initial contact with John who booked the appointment and he was so friendly and courteous on the phone. Already booked in for my second treatment. Would definitely recommend. Only put 2 stars as not noticed result yet

Had gel paint by Lee looked amazing but later noticed looked smeared called him he was more than happy to redo them no quibble amazing service would recommend Avenue to anyone

Hair was cut very unevenly with one side about a centimetre longer than the other. Didn’t notice on the day as hairdresser curled it.

After messaging the salon I was met with a very poor attitude from the salon owner, who didn’t apologise until prompted and blamed the difference on a ‘parting issue’. Having a centre parting that doesn’t change would not result in half of my hair being 1cm longer.

Didn’t trust the Salon to fix the haircut due to their rude tone via emails, expressing it would only be a ‘5 minute fix’. Salon didn’t even offer any refund

The Avenue is a lovely little salon near the city centre. Mollie did a fantastic job on my hair (which hadn't been cut in 3 years!!!). It feels so light and soft now. Mollie is super warm and accommodating, and asked me lots of questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. She also made me feel safe by wearing a mask, and ensured I didn't feel out of place wearing my mask too. Would definitely recommend.

after 10 mins I felt comfortable the feeling was very unusual
But I was very reassured by my consultant
He was very warm and welcoming made me feel at ease
Hoping to see some results after my 2/3rd session.
Reason I have given 2 stars for my results is because I haven’t seen any change as of it but
10/10 for everything else

I’ve been visiting The Avenue for a couple of years now and I always love my hair and salon experience. Mollie is so friendly and accommodating and listens to your hairstyle needs. I recently took my nervous 6 year old daughter to the salon and she made us feel really welcome and relaxed. The salon is also is exceptionally clean and you feel well looked after. I highly recommend The Avenue!
