I was in Sheffield and needed my hair blow dried and straightened for a date. Josh was fabulous- he listened to what I wanted, used fab products and the end result was a perfect blow dry that lasted over 3 days. My hair looked amazing - like glass hair. I had my second appointment with Matthew last week. After my first appointment I left a really positive review. I wasn't going to do one a second time, thinking it would just be the same as the last....but....having just washed my hair for the second time over this week, I have to say it was so easy to dry. The cut meant the style just fell into place like a dream. I normally hate washing and styling my hair but this was so easy and a joy! This was my first visit to the salon and I found everyone very friendly and cheerful. The salon was nice and bright and cool, even though it was one of the hottest days of the year. Josh was very easy to chat to and made me feel very relaxed from the outset when he gave me a brilliant head massage. Josh persuaded me to have some long layers and I am glad he did. I was very pleased with my trim and blow dry. My hair felt thicker than it has for a long while. On arriving home, my husband who does not normally notice, told me how nice my hair looked! I have booked a second visit without hesitation.

Great cut and colour. Matthew really listened to my ideas and then made suggestions that improved the outcome. He explained what he was going to do every step of the way. Love my hair cut, it's cut to last 5-6 weeks, the style changes in the last 2 weeks and I'm always happy with how it looks. I bought the salon shampoo at my last cut and what a difference it's made to my hair. Dan explained the difference between salón and the chemist products (PH balance) and it's not a gimmick. My hair looks and feels like it never has before.

Due to Covid and mouth and jaw cancer treatment I haven't visited Taylor Taylor for a long time, but as before it was wonderful experience, warm, welcoming and understanding Josh, Ellie, Matt and the whole team are fantastic professionals, they listen, give great professional advice and deliver lovely creations on a variety of people.
the atmosphere in the salon is calm and relaxing, I was having my hair coloured and they were diligent about my safety, I had a skin test when I went in to book my appointment to make sure the treatment was OK for me. I had no reaction so was able to attend my appointment. 😊
It was a real treat to spend time there and I walked out with a new hair colour feeling more like myself and so happy. Many thanks to Ellie and all at Taylor Taylor, you're all Stars 🌹🌟💖
