Lauren gave me such a thorough and friendly consultation. She was so lovely throughout my appointment, and explained every step along the way. I get quite nervous being sat for long periods of time, and she was so understanding and considerate of this. This was my first visit to the salon and I was very surprised at how much care and attention was given to my haircut. I'm not sure what the name of the girl was who cut my hair. I had quite long hair when I came in and asked for literally a trim, I didn't realise how much she was cutting off at the back until she moved on to the sides and top, when I stopped her and said I think you're cutting more off than I want, to which she told me that she has to in order to make it blend in. I let her continue and the end result, while not badly done, is simply entirely not what I asked for or wanted. I told her I was growing my hair out, and wanted less than an inch off. She has cut probably 3 inches off the top. Probably will take 4 or 5 months to get back to where I wanted it. Very unhappy with this. I have been coming to this barbers for about 8 years and I think this may be the last time now. Looking in the mirror just makes me angry now.
