I’ve been having massages with Grace for a few months and she gets better and better (was pretty brilliant to begin with!), which I now know (through being a training guinea pig) is down to regular refresher and training sessions with Amanda. Brilliant to know that the team don’t rest on their laurels!

I asked to leave with glowing radiant skin.. and I did. Facials by Amanda are the best. I just have the challenge of not falling asleep in the relaxing part at the end, as I haven’t managed it yet. Thanks Amanda!

Always does exactly what I ask for

I’m growing my hair out from a short crop and thought I would hate my hair all the way through the process of growing it out. But I absolutely love how Glynn has cut it and the colour is fab as always.

Fantastic experience and great atmosphere. Also the hand wash and hand lotions are a nice touch and smell incredible. Would definitely visit again in the future

I have been to Randle and Randle a few times to have a manicure or pedicure with Grace. I had been meaning to come to the salon to have my haircut for a while but haven’t had the time. Yesterday I rang up at 10am and had an appointment booked with Martina for 12:45. I had such a good experience. Martina took so much time and care into washing, cutting, blow drying and styling my hair into a short curled bob! I am so happy with it! Thank you Martina and everyone at Randle and Randle for such a lovely pampering experience, I will definitely be back again soon and certainly recommend to friends!

I can hand on heart say that Amanda is an absolute gem! She has the magical touch making you feel like a new person when you leave the salon. The facial is just wonderful and the massage is so very therapeutic too.

Josh is a fantastic stylist who delivered the bouncy BlowDry I’ve been wanting and many salons can’t deliver! He was a pleasure to chat to and extremely thorough, he even custom picked me a shampoo and conditioner based on my hair type. Will definitely be booking in with Josh again.

Sophie is incredibly skilled at what she does. I had previously had a bad experience at a different salon and was apprehensive about getting my lashes and brows done. Sophie talked me through everything she does, showed me examples of her work and delivered fantastic results on the day. Will definitely be returning!

I have been to Randle & Randle many times now and enjoy my experience every time. With being an unorganised uni student I usually just book on the day, the online booking system is really good. All the employees are so welcoming and lovely, very attentive and talented. You can tell they work as a team. Josh was amazing and cut my hair exactly the way I asked for. I would 100% recommend Randle & Randle.

First of all it is very sad to see that some struggle to copy my name from the booking details and misspell it in messages I receive from them.
I have booked a "Cut& Blow dry" via Treatwell but when I arrived my stylist said she is going to wash my hair before cutting. I was somewhat upset about it as the service I have chosen did not seem to include wash so I woke up nice and early to wash my hair.
While she was washing my hair she started massaging my head which made me feel very uncomfortable as the salon is a very busy, loud environment so it would be impossible to relax and enjoy this.
Then we started the haircut , the whole process took 2 hours which was not a problem for me.
I think my hair turned out a little too short as after she dried it she cut quite a bit off trying to correct the cut but I am not fussy about it.
However I did not feel that she was confident in doing my hair. She told me she has finished school and started working in the salon a few months ago so I feel like she should have been better, she was hesitating a lot. I have mentioned that I would like my hair to be thinned but she only did the front piece.She kept thinning /cutting that but not the rest. Her hands were also shaking all the time which made me uncomfortable because I was not sure if it was medical condition or if I am making her nervous , uncomfortable but obviously I was too shy to ask.I felt the lack of responsibility from management as noone came and checked on her to see how she is doing or if I am happy with what is going on.
In my opinion she needs some further training to gain some confidence.My last thought about the visit is that I wish people working in customer service would understand that every customer needs to be treated with a different approach and some of us do not go to the salon for a chat but we go because getting a haircut is a necessity.Please recognize that not everyone wants to talk and if the customer does not respond to small talk stop asking further questions about their lives.Thank you!

Grace gave a fantastic massage, as she always does, but this time she was able to really target specific areas that were causing issues. I felt 3 inches taller and definitely a lot less tense. Amazing!

Amanda is simply amazing, understands the products and apples her expert knowledge to tailor the most amazing facials. Provides great advice and advocates try before you buy which is great. Next facial in 4 weeks, can’t wait.

First time I’d visited and really pleased with the results, experience and price of my haircut

I booked an appointment for a Ladies Wet Haircut at Randle & Randle and it was amazing. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front was very nice and welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait at all. Charlotte was really friendly and even offered me a drink, which I think was awesome, after having a bad experience with a hair salon in Meadowhall.
She asked me what I want done and did an amazing job doing exactly what I wanted, maybe even better! The cut looks perfect, not even on hair longer or shorted than the other. Perfect! Thank you very much and will definitely come back here whenever I want something done to my hair!
