Had a bridal hairdo. Unfortunately, the veil fell off right after I arrived at the venue as I stepped out of the car. Otherwise hair was secure. I had to ask my friend to put in the veil properly. A bit disappointed about the veil not being secures at the hairdressers as that was the second major reason I hired a hairdresser.

I’ve been one of Zara’s clients for years, but have been a customer of the salon for over 20 years. Wonderful salon and staff. Zara is an outstanding stylist ❤️

My fourth, three-monthly trim with Nicola, to keep my hair in shape and to trim off the split ends, I'm steadily growing my hair longer. I'm very satisfied. Nicola does a fantastic job, and on every visit my hair gets closer to my goal. The appointments are also a very good social. 10/10. I took some photos after the appointment, and you're welcome to see them and use them if you want.

Kate was very friendly and delivered good customer service. Someone else washed my hair who came across unenthusiastic and unfriendly. While washing my hair, they brushed my hair with a comb. This was quite strange as hair is not supposed to be brushed during the washing process as it damages hair. The service was quite expensive for the low quality produced. My hair felt damaged and the styling was very uneven and frizzy. Very disappointed in my experience.

Reception, welcoming, smiling & cheerful as always.Joanna always professional, checking if last color selection we had was ok and if we wanted to change anything. Had my usual Latte brought to me by Ella. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. 5 star service every time.

Zara is the best hairstylist I have ever had. She always gets me and allows me to provide additional info on what I want during the process. I trust her completely both with cutting and colouring my hair.

The salon in general is always clean and tidy. Whenever I visit it feels like a spa day, especially after the sculpt massage during conditioning.

Nicola is excellent. Colour, style and finish all top standard, Nicola knows what will work and I have upmost confidence in her. Always looked after in the salon by all the staff. Would highly recommend Nicola and this salon

Iv missed my appointment as there was a misunderstanding with the timing but Courtney managed to fit me in and do my hair. Courtney was lovely.. loved my cut.. Thank you ? x

Have visited Creator salon twice now and both times have been amazing experiences. The ladies there are welcoming and very friendly. On my first visit I had Zara cut my hair and she listened and delivered everything I wanted doing with my hair. For this reason, I booked in again with Zara. Thank you so much, I absolutely love my hair.

Zara is a fantastic hairdresser who always does my hair exactly how I like it. I went in unsure of what colour I wanted to dye my hair and she helped me decide and showed me my options. Debbie the receptionist is always so friendly and helpful. Overall lovely experience and I’ll be continuing to get my hair done at Creator!

I always go to Creator to get my hair cut and styled. I love the atmosphere of the salon it's super relaxing every time I go. I always come out feeling fabulous!
