I couldn’t be happier with my cut and colour today — I absolutely love it!

The service, as always, was excellent, with plenty of drinks offered throughout my appointment and a scalp massage that was simply superb!

I’d describe the salon’s recent refurb as ‘easy meets luxe’, giving the space a calm, relaxed yet stylish feel.

I’ve been coming to Creator since it opened and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else, having absolute faith in my stylist here.

I always leave feeling pampered, refreshed and delighted with my hair. Staff are always attentive and so lovely.

To explain my value rating - There may well be cheaper salons around (as well as some more costly), but the standard of quality and service here is priceless.

The place itself is lovely, but Sophia ran me through everything as she was doing it and gave me amazing results. I was really satisfied with my hair after it was done.

Kelsey is so knowledgeable and helped me decide what to do with my hair as I was struggling to know what to do. She did it absolutely beautifully and I’m very happy and will definitely be back. Thsnkyou the young lady that washed my hair was also lovely and so friendly ❤️

Amazing transformation, it came out way better than i ever expected, I’m so in love with it, the salon was clean and smelt amazing and refreshments were offered multiple times as I had a 5hr and 30mins appointment

Kelsey was amazing, offering me lots of advice when it came to my hair. I’ve always doubted layers but I gave it a go and they look great. I felt very welcomed by all the staff. Absolutely would recommend and go again.

I have been going to Sophia for a year now. She is incredible at what she does, very personable, remembers all her clients and their specific needs and she is just a lovely person to be with if you’re sat in a chair for a few hours! Will never go to another hairdresser again.

Nicola did a fantastic job in understanding what I want in my hair cut. The washing, cutting and drying process was relaxing.
