The stylist always cuts my hair very well.

It was my first time at the salon but I was in the very capable hands of Sophia. She managed to figure out exactly what I wanted from my vague descriptions and I’m so happy with how it turned out.

I am never disappointed when I come to the salon. All the staff are warm and welcoming and it feels very comfortable. Joanna is very friendly and a very experienced hairstylist and I feel I am in a safe hands

I've been coming to Creator for years and I always find it to be a wonderful experience every single time. It's very relaxing and all the staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Always a perfect vibe for great chat, good service and amazing hair. I won't go to anyone else for my cut and style, she's the best.

I was a new customer here was recommended by a friend so was a little nervous but didn’t need to be as all staff were very welcoming and friendly, I felt at ease and the stylist I had was amazing she really talked everything through and listened to what I wanted I really enjoyed our chat too I was very happy with my new haircut I walked out feeling amazing, will definitely be returning

Zara always makes me feel so welcome and I am always extremely happy when she works her magic on my menopausal mop

I cannot recommend Nicola enough. My hair is now the most vibrant, gorgeous shade of pink. From the moment I walked in, Nicola made me feel welcome and completely at ease. She knows exactly what I want and worked her magic. Not only is she incredibly talented with colour, but she also has the warmest, and friendliest of personalities. The whole experience felt like a pampering session with a friend who happens to be a hair genius. I’ve had so many compliments already, and I genuinely feel more confident and refreshed.

I've just come back from having my hair coloured and once again it looks fantastic Zara is the only one I'd let loose on my hair she's amazing i always leave the salon feeling like a movie star thank you Zara . The whole salon gives off a relaxing vibe and the staff are really friendly and always check to see if you want a drink its lovely.

I had amazing customer service at the salon today! Treat with respect and kindness throughout my appointment with all the staff. My stylist Kate is truly talented and made me feel and look like a million dollars! She delivered excellent customer service. I feel more confident and really thrilled with my new look and colour. Nothing was too much trouble, she gave 100% with attention to detail even when my coffee had spilled over my cup she sorted it out! I have already booked my next appointment! This is a wonderful salon with such friendly staff. Thank you.

Since having my haircut by nicola I refuse to go anywhere else, the best hair dresser I’ve ever been to I was anxious on my first visit she made me feel at ease cut my hair even better than I expected she was very polite and is amazing at her job couldn’t recommend her enough will be returning next week to have my hair coloured!
