I walked into the salon feeling glum and unattractive ( personal reasons). Arrived to a lovely smile and welcome, had the best experience with Zara as my stylist for the day, lovely lady with an amazing personality and stylist experience, the lady’s who bright me drinks and washed my hair were lovely girls too and made my visit even more enjoyable . I left feeling a million dollars and cannot wait for a return visit !!! Thankyou so much Creator ❤️😘

I've been coming to this salon 3 months now. After staying with the same stylist for 15 years.
And what I've noticed is my hair actually is growing like never before. The service is always professional and welcoming. My appointments are always on time. And I'm always very happy with my hair. Thank you Joanna you really are fabulous 👌 so glad I found you.

Mark has been my hair stylist since I was 19 and I wouldn’t have anyone else do my hair. He knows me, what I like and what works for me. He has adapted my style over the decades I have been with him whilst keeping me up to date and confident to recreate what he does at home. On national hair stylist appreciation day I just want to give a big shout out to Mark and all the staff at Creator who are friendly and professional. Highly recommend Creator.

1st time at Creator with an over anxious teen who expects Miracles when having her hair styled ( it'll all look like those Tiktoks) Zara sat and asked her what she wanted, she consulted with her throughout and performed that Miracle.
She literally skipped out she was beaming. and was so so happy with the new style

Absolutely loved my great cut and colour from Mark. I found the advice regarding styling it myself at home very helpful. Looked after very well as usual by the lovely staff.

Joanne was a lovely lady did her best. However I was disappointed with the final price I had to pay £170 for full highlights, cut and blow dry, specially for my hair that is thin and short. Plus the card payment machine wasn’t working and had to make bank transfer which it was time consuming.

Nicola was amazing as ever! She makes me feel welcome every time I visit and knows exactly what I want. I wouldn’t go to anyone else to have my hair done. Just perfect!

Great stylist

I have been using the salon for years. From the first time I walked in 30 years ago to walking out today, I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. The salon is welcoming and Mark is amazing. I’ve constantly changed my style, look and colour over the years and he’s never been phased. He always has great ideas, advice and a real understanding of my difficult hair.

Joanna cuts my hair beautifully and efficiently - as she's done for many years now. I always feel in good hands!

Fabulous as always

I have been going to Mark at Creator every 6 weeks for over 10 years now.
My hair is short in a pixie style cut with half head of blonde highlights into my naturally ash blonde hair.
Despite my short hair Mark always cuts in a way that my style is ready to wear. I wash it, blast it with a hairdryer no brush, product or effort required n within 10 minutes it's styled n ready to go.
I can wear my hair multiple ways despite it being so short and this is all down to the expert cutting, creativity and technical capability of Mark.
The highlights are placed perfectly, colours are natural looking as if I've been kissed by the sun.
The cut is soft & feminine varying slightly each time I visit but always flattering.
I love this versatility because it makes it feel different & new even though it's very similar but with a twist if that makes sense.
I highly recommend Mark - he is a true Master of his craft. Mark is also consistent time after time after time & after 10 years I think that says it all 😁

I’ve been to Courtney a few times now and she’s been so amazing! My hair looks great and I feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment, she’s fantastic for recommending different products and what would look best, I would really recommend her!

The Salon overall was very clean the staff were very friendly and welcoming I usually feel quite anxious at the hairdressers but Nicola was amazing I requested layers she did my hair better than I had imagined and she was very talkative and kind and made me feel at ease. I had a brilliant experience I would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

I enjoyed the appointment and I love my new hair! Will definitely be back for an appointment with Zara soon, when my hair needs toner again x

I see Nicola every three months for a Cut and Finish. Nicola listens to what I want in my long term plan for my lengthening hairstyle, and every visit it just gets better and better!

Excellent service, attention, complimentary scalp massage and drink.
