Saks Hair Doncaster

Was a very enjoyable experience, I have never had my hair coloured before and was a bit apprehensive. The staff are lovely and friendly.

I went in wanting a change of hairstyle. Wanted some longer bangs at the front and I informed the stylist prior to her even touching my hair. However I ended up with a fringe. Which I absolutely did not want. I was very anxious and almost cried cause this wasn’t what I wanted and the hair is now cut and won’t grow back so quick. I wish she asked me first prior to cutting it, if I was happy with the length and then cut it in increments.
I had to leave almost half done cause I couldn’t sit there any longer with the disaster my hair was in.
I always chose to come to saks as have heard great reviews and had a lovely experience before. But this time was different. So I will have to rethink about my options of going back now.

I am so so pleased with my hair color and hair cut, Chloe listen to me so patiently and work out her magic to bring the best of you. The best transformation I could get around South Yorkshire I am sure, Chloe/Saks is the best.

I've been coming to SAKS for a few years now and Megan has always cut & coloured my hair. She's one of the best hairdresser's I've had; that's why I always ask for her. She's also kind and puts you at ease. I can't rate this place enough. I like that the salon is quite spacious too.

Chloe had such a lovely professional manner. I was so nervous as it was my first time, but she made me feel comfortable. It felt like I’d known her for a long time.
The cup of coffee was a nice extra, I can’t remember the name of the girl that made it but I must say when she washed my hair it felt like a massage, just what I needed.

Jess cut my hair amazingly today. Nice short, choppy bob with a blended whispy fridge. It’s perfect. So much so I’m bringing my daughter back tomorrow. I felt relaxed where some hairdressers can make you feel out of place. Lovely atmosphere.

Excellent service and Jess is so friendly and chatty, but not in an intrusive way. She asked me how I wanted my hair styled and advised me on how she would do the style making sure I was happy before she started. I am extremely pleased with my hair and would highly recommend Jess and the other stylists. The place is immaculate and the staff are amazing.

This is my 3 rd visit to saks, and it gets better and better. Megan has achieved the exact coloured I have wanted for 2 years or more in just 2 colour applications. She listens to what I want but also advises and always checks along the way , how you want things. Megan is very professional but friendly with it . Thank you x

I attended a first appointment with Paul for a consultation further to a haircut from another salon that hadn’t gone well. Paul was professional and explained what he would be able to do to make some adjustments, taking into account longer term goals. The cut has made a real difference and I’m pleased with the salon and the experience. All staff were pleasant and professional and the salon was nicely appointed. Also received advice regarding colour which I’m booked in for soon. I’ll be using the salon in future.

Jess did a great job on my hair I’m very pleased with it.Other staff were friendly and polite and I always enjoy the sax experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my SAKS experience today. Went in feeling that I
desperately needed a change, but was unsure what style/colour would suit me. Bex put me at ease straight away, helped me decide and brought me a welcome cup of tea and magazines to browse through. The young girl who shampooed my hair was lovely, I didn’t catch her name. After my colour, cut and blow dry, I felt amazing!! Very relaxing, enjoyable, clean salon, and wonderful staff. I am happy with the colour of my highlights however I wish there would be a few more as it’s barely noticeable in my hair. She has done a good job just could have done with a few extra to define it more

I have been coming to this salon since it opened and have always had a fantastic experience. Such a personal treatment, giving fabulous advice, excellent hairdressing skills from my stylists Becky and April, in gorgeous surroundings. A complete top class service with a smile and feels like chatting with friends you have known for years! In my opinion the best salon in Doncaster!!
