I cannot praise Saks enough, in the years I have been going there every visit has been a positive one. Paul has changed my hair for the better over the years and really listens to me and advises.
The staff are courteous and friendly, the salon is spotless and the coffee is lovely!
I completely recommend Saks to anyone of any age.

Been coming to Saks for years, the staff are always really friendly and welcoming, Paul has done a great job of my hair as always, a client was late earlier in the day which had a knock on to my appointment really appreciated the phone call giving me the heads up which meant I could fit a bit more shopping in 😀

My 8 year olds first salon experience today and she loved it, she has autism so she started off reluctant and ended up asking to come every other day for her hair washing, she loved it and her hair looks so healthy for a professional trim

A great place to be after a hard day at work to relax, as soon as you walk through the door staff can’t do enough for you. Always offered a drink, the conversation is always lovely and you are made a priority. 2 stylists dried my hair at the same time so I could make it in time to pick up a parcel before the shop closed.
Couldn’t recommend this salon enough and I always leave feeling looked after with my hair looking and feeling amazing.

Having short hair, I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences in the past (and I’m quite particular) but I’ve been visiting Saks monthly for what must be well over 5 years now (probably more) & never once walked away disappointed -with cuts by both April and Paul.
