Brilliant from start to finish. Megan always does a fabulous job. Hence I have been having my hair done at Saks for years. Wouldn't have anyone else. Thank you 😊

Finally, a fabulous experience today. Long thick hair, transformed to a blunt point cut jaw length bob with a new fringe. Point being? You may ask… I was listened to. Always through she kept in contact with me and I appreciated this. I thanked her and next time I’m leaving a nice tip. ❤️❤️❤️

Incredible cut and blow

I don’t bet my hair done very often, but the experience from start to finish was perfect! Was offended a drink soon as I sat down, and my hair was exactly what I wanted, lovely conversation, I will be back 😊

I attended today to have my cut & colours with Jess and am, once again, delighted with the results. Jess is very friendly & helpful but also extremely professional and listens carefully to make sure she understands the remit. Megan was very thoughtful about my hair. She cut it from long to very short within an hour beautifully, always reassuring me thst the finish was going to be good, and it was. I have booked her again of course.

My hair was a mess from a previous hairdresser but was really sorted with amazing results

Not impressed with the service given to me on the 8th November. I asked for my requested, and was met with none. I was charged £93 for my short hair - no straightening, just a blow dry. On arrival home, I noticed that my hair colour was not even finished. Absolutely disappointed - and I will be taking this further, as it’s unfair, and this will be managed.

Had a complete change of hairstyle today. I was grateful for my stylist's input and advice on what would suit me best. Very happy with the end result

I had a great experience at Saks today ! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my stylist did an amazing job with my haircut and hair colour. They listened to what I wanted and offered helpful tips. I left feeling fabulous and can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

A hairdresser that knows about style and offers advice

I have been coming to Saks, Doncaster for years now and won’t go anywhere else. Jess is lovely. I always ask her advice on colouring and styling my hair as she is so experienced and knowledgeable meaning I am always blown away with the results!

Big shout out to Arabella for the best pin curl, loved it. She is so professional and a credit to the team.

I was made very welcome , very polite freindly staff , given honest advice the gentleman was very professional polite my cut blow dry straighten made feel good , he did very good cut I was amazed how straight he got my hair with out straightnets ,then straighten it too he advised me because of the damage condition of my hair to let it grow have rest for 3 months to strenghthern n get in better condition before hair colour very honest . I will be patient do as advised 1000% will return in new year for my recolour regular appointments
